I’ve was in line for 1 hour waiting to order my food I’ve got food faster at a dine in restaurant in that time I could have gone to Pendleton Oregon and got my order faster. My chicken was a rock I took a bite thinking it would be a normal chicken burrito and chipped my tooth because the chicken is so solid I will never order from any Taco Bell again.

Service and food quality/consistency is usually low at this location, but last night around 11pm we pulled up to the drive through and no one would take our order. We waited and kept asking if anyone was there but no answer. We could see the teens at the drive through window taking turns staring at us. There were people inside ordering but I guess some of the staff wanted to use the drive through window as a hang out spot. Ended up going to McDonalds instead after waiting about 5 minutes or so with no response.

I ordered on mobile at 6:42, arrived at 6:45 when it was estimated to be done. No one had started on my order and there were 10 employees, only 3 cars in the drive through, and 2 other people waiting for doordash to complete their order. At 7:09 I heard the employees arguing over who was gonna make my order, and still no one decided to. My grandma came inside at 7:21 cause she was tired of waiting, as was I. they finally got our order complete at 7:33. Absolutely ridiculous. There were only 2 employees who were actually working hard, and fast, the others just kept arguing and leaving orders incomplete for someone else to take over.
The kid that handed me my food after I ordered from a koisk was GREAT!! Quality & quality of food is Deplorable!! Sign on store says under new management, so I took another chance. I will NOT be back! It must be a Taco Bell corporate thing cuz they all suck!!

I have almost 90,000 views on my photos and many reviews. This taco bell is by far the worst I have ever been to. I'm talking cars going through drive through and getting out before customers going in 20 minutes before them. I cannot express that coming here is the worst experience of my days in fast food. Like holy shit. Who actually works here? Are there managers here at all? 1 hour for 2 burritos.
Update for 9-22-25 I’m sincerely sorry this Taco Bell even exists. 3 different times I have been there in 2 weeks and hoping for the right order. Well this one menu item came back and I have been craving it. But yet they have failed yet again to even get a simple order correct. I’m literally going to corporate now and I’m going to corporate I’m so done with this Taco Bell it’s unreal

I went through the drive through after ordering breakfast online. The outside was clean and well landscaped. The help acknowledged my order at the menu. They advised me of a change due to a discontinued item listed on the online menu. When I pulled forward the worker met me at the window and confirmed that I understood the change in menu, and it would be right up. I received the correct order. The food was very good, as described. I don’t know why this establishment gets such a hard time on our hometown Facebook page 😕 They really do a very good job.
