It was Easter and I wanted to go to one of my go to places in Hermiston but they were closed. I came across this place on Google, their prices seemed decent, and they were open. Upon entering we were greeted and ordered enchiladas and sopes togo. It took about 10 mins. for our order to be ready, which was great. Let me tell you, I LOVED everything we ordered. Fresh, affordable, and good portions for the price. They also have a temp controlled covered cart with bomb sauce and fixings. I want to go back tomorrow for the shredded beef rojo enchiladas. My new favorite??

My young sons tacos had ordered no onion no cilantro with lime, radishes and cucumber. But got onions and cilantro we had to pick off with lime but no radishes or cucumbers. Taco salad no flavor no hot sauce with our food. Had this a couple times a few months ago it was good. Probably won't go back for the price it wasn't worth it could get better at a regular taco truck for cheaper
