We went here around 5pm on a Sunday and we were immediately seated. our drinks were gotten right away. several more people came in and were seated we patiently waited for a server, nobody came. we waited 30 mins and still no server many staff were just walking around trying to find busy work, not one person asked us if we had ordered. we got up to leave a staff member was right by us and didn't even ask as our menus clearly sat on the table. we went to pay for our drinks and they said we were good to go no ticket had been made. I mean thanks for the free drinks but seriously you should not have customers waiting while you find busy work. check on them ask if they have ordered even if it's not your section find their server and get them helped. it's not my job to yell at a person walking by and ask for a server. your customers should be the priority then your tables can be cleaned if you have any that aren't. poor customer service isn't acceptable when there were maybe 5 tables in there that had people at them who already had food. do better denny's of Hermiston.
