Woke up and wanted to try something new. Probably won’t do that again for a while lol. This place has horrible service. We had to seat ourselves (which is not the issue) and they never came to us. Left after 15 minutes of waiting. It was not busy by the way, there were probably two other people in there. Food online looked good though, just wish somebody would have been more attentive to us as we did not feel welcomed. Nobody said anything on the way out either.

Came from Idaho and waited for over two hours for food just to be told that our order didn’t get put in. Then wanted to retake our order. Definitely won’t recommend anyone come for breakfast if this happened. Maybe do less talking as the waitress just stood and talked to a table the whole time.

In town from Idaho and sat at our table for close to two hours until they noticed they didn’t put our food order in. Would not recommend unless you have multiple hours to wait. The waitress seemed to do more talking with particular tables than making sure orders are put in and taken out timely.

Last time i went to the pheasant i was assaulted by one of the bar tenders boyfriends. the staff did absolutely nothing to prevent it. This guy was supposedly banned from the property. yet there he was staff doing nothing to remove him. This was at 9a.m.!! i was there having breakfast with my wife. staff did next to nothing and the owner only made excuses as to the situation. Pick any where else to Eat in Hermiston!! this is NOT the Place!!!

Great food and cozy place..

Great place! We came in on a Friday morning and I believe our servers name was Tiffany. She was the absolute best. I will 100% be coming back!

Staff was super nice with a large group of 14.

I came from Texas for my grandmother's 100th birthday party. The staff were amazing and the atmosphere was great!

We ate lunch here for the first time. We both had different versions of the smash burgers and fries and they were so good! Our waitress was very friendly. We will be back!

Was a little irritated when they didn't specify there hours on Thanksgiving decided to go out for a drink and to play a little slot machines and it said u should be open till 11 but yall were closed today bummer deal
