The food quality has gone down considerably in recent months. Meat portions across multiple kinds of subs is at least 1/3 less than what it was. The burger here used to be amazing, it appears they changed the meat. Bread was dry, and lettuce was sparse. Employees were fantastic and busy doing their jobs.
I would pay more for a sandwich if the quality went back to what it was.

People working were nice enough to do a makeshift Chipotle mayo for me, but the menu didn't say anything about lettuce and tomatoe on a freaking steak sandwhich. In general the meat was dry and I would have asked for no tomatoes and lettuce had I known it even went on. I mean I've never in my life heard of a steak sandwhich with tomatoes and lettuce?☠️ overall I don't think I'll be coming back soley on the food quality and lack of menu description. (Update) a few days have gone by and no response from the owner on this, nor to other reviews, quite disappointing the lack of interest the owner has for the customers. Went from 2 stars to 1 because of that?

We showed up for lunch, ordered 1/2 #19 and full sandwich special and 2 med drinks. Bill was $31. We were totally disappointed with the sandwiches! There was literally one slice of cheese and one slice of meat! Are u kidding me! $31 dollars and they put one slice of cheese and one slice of meat! Wow We will not be going back!

THE BEST KEPT SECRET in Hermiston. Yeah, they make Sub Sandwiches. But. For The Price & The Quality, USA Subs has the Best Burgers in town. Ask for Pickles & Onions, they will even grill the onions for you. Don't believe me? Go try one for yourself. I love this place!!!

The food is usually very good but the customer service leaves something to be desired. When taking an order by phone they don't pay attention to what the customer is ordering.

I've never had a problem ever with anything deliveries are always quick and fast efficient the food has never been tampered with when I'm dining in its great environment I don't feel like I'm ever being judged the staff are fun and not lame food is delicious always and I'm really grateful to have such a place in are town

I never leave reviews but our food was pretty bad. We came from out of town for the weekend to attend a wedding and found this place for dinner for our first night. My husband got a burger that he said wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. I got a cold sub and it was the worst sub I had ever had. The lettuce was not fresh by any means and was discolored and slimy. The mayonnaise had a funky off taste. If we had dined in I would’ve ask for it to be redone with fresh ingredients or my money back because I couldn’t eat it but unfortunately we did take out and didn’t realize the quality until we got back to our hotel. Overall we were pretty disappointed.
