$16 for my meal to be upgraded to have a shake included and it’s the most watery, thin shake I’ve ever had 👎 I was so excited for the apple pie shake:( don’t charge so much for stuff that’s not good. Shake shack at least makes a good shake for the price point

As a frequent customer I was appalled at the whole experience my granddaughter & I experienced at lunch today. Employees were arguing & yelling at each other, orders were taking an extremely long time & when when customers finally received them they were incomplete. No drinks, missing sandwiches ,& fries. Plus food was cold, beef was tough, cheese was straight from refrigerator & buns were dry & hard. We've never received such poor service & bad food from Arby's before. My granddaughter was so uncomfortable with all the yelling & screaming the employees were doing to each other, she asked to leave so we dumped the rest of our lunch & left.

I had brisket sandwich and it didn't look very appetizing and l only had a couple of bites and did not eat the rest. I don't think l would try Arbys again.
Not a good place to accept orders if you deliver for a platform. Think twice before you do as they always slow to prepare.

Food taste consistent with Arby's. This location once modern and cutting edge design. Needs new seats and carpet. Over all I liked it. Average. The service was great this day.

I've eaten here many times with no issues. They do need to update their Uber Eats menu, however. I couldn't make a half pound beef n cheddar a meal and I couldn't find ranch dressing anywhere in the menu
