I love Arby's but the fries are always over cooked and cold. It's completely ruined my love for the curly fries because I don't want to risk getting bad ones which happens more time than not. The sandwiches are delicious. I usually get the beef and cheddars. The crinkle fries are too salty. They NEVER give me my horsey sauce that I ask for. The staff is sometimes nice sometimes but more times than not extremely unpleasant. One of the cooks in the back you could see from the front end was you could tell was likely on some sort of substance.

I'm normally a pretty big Arby's fan, but quality at this location is awful and the drive-thru line takes forever. If you're an Arby's fan, I highly recommend it different
