Excellent young staff, very pleasant and friendly.Been coming here for years, several times per week. Prices a little high but quality is commensurate. Wall plugs at all seating in the main area. Generally not too busy except lunches and dinner but usually quiet with a wide variety of background music. Trimet bus 47 and MAX blue and red(soon) just across street.

A beautiful little retreat right in the central hub of Orenco station life. Perfect place to stay and visit with company, relax and indulge solo, or stop in for a pick-me-up while waiting for the MAX train. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, the service is prompt and courteous with attention to detail and a commitment to great attitudes regardless of the occasional rush times,Parking: Be careful to find street parking that’s correctly marked!

This place is really great, I like getting to stop by after work if I have time. I recommend the fruit tarts, super yummy! The carrot cake is super dry but good with a drink, and the apple strudel is good! Drink wise, I vouch for the frozen mocha it's SUPER GOOD.The vibe in here is also immaculate

Love their dark chocolate mocha with oatmilk - either hot or iced! Great location at Orenco station, which is easily walkable from Noble Woods park, Orenco park, and New Seasons. There's also a MAX stop and a parking garage that is free for the first two hours.

Ava was incredible back in the day but my last visit in November was awful. Customer service was poor and unfriendly. Coffee took forever and it was decent but the girl at the cash register stuffed our cold pastries into a little bag and shoved them at us. When I asked if we could have a plate and fork (I ordered "for here") she was rude. The peach croissant literally crumbled to dust when we tried to cut it. Tables weren't clean or being bussed. We tried getting a table at La Provence a few doors down and they were packed so we said well let's go to Ava, probably like a lot of people do. Sadly, Ava is not nearly what it used to be when it opened . If they'd step it up to the level of quality they used to have people would stop settling for them when LP if too full and they could get repeat business and loyal customers again like before.

This coffee shop makes an oat milk latte so good that I had to go up not once, but TWICE to confirm that what I was drinking really wasn't whole milk. It was unbelievably creamy and had the perfect foam consistency. By far the best latte I've had since I became lactose intolerant--I will absolutely be back for more!!
