The Asian lady here is rude af. As I was trying samples she’s like, OK this is your last one! I only tried 3 and has planned to spend a lot for a large group. But she rushed me and there wasn’t even a line behind me. I asked if the flavors on the other side were different as this was my first time at that location. She goes, “Well OBVIOUSLY WE HAVE OVER 30 flavors!” And then she told me which one to get she said, “you see how these ones almost gone! DUH pick one! Easy!” 🤔🤦🏿♀️

We ordered a zombie unicorn cake for $47.99 for my daughter's birthday. It was made with white cake instead of chocolate. When we contacted the store about this we were offered a $5.00 refund and nothing more. $5.00 doesn't buy much and there were definitely better options on solving this. We have loved visiting this store and ordering cakes in the past, but we will not be back after this unfortunately.

Arrived at 11:15 on a Monday (store hours begin at 11:00). It was dark and the door was locked. Someone did eventually come to the door to let me know that the Opener wasn’t there and they weren’t taught how to use the register. So, even though the Opener was supposed to be there to open at 11:00, they weren’t and they weren’t even expected to arrive before 12:00!?! Ridiculous. I see someone else complained about this exact problem 3 months ago. Don’t people have ANY work ethics?? Change the hours if it’s THAT difficult to get to work at 11am. ?

I only gave the atmosphere a 4 because it was crowded when I went. This location is MADE by the evening crew (keep in mind, this staff varies) is always top-notch! They listen and respond well. They always have great suggestions and take their time to make your order like you've created a sleep-over desert! This is a must go in the evenings! So simple and tons of parking. I seriously love this place a it's staff/employees.
