We've been coming here for years with previous owner. This owner has cleaned up the dining room and the bread is well made. The service was exceptional, friendly. We will be coming regularly again!! Thank you!!

I had a delivery order for a sandwich that came with mayo, which I didn't order and couldn't eat. Door dash would not refund me, so I called the store directly to complain. They replaced my sandwich and even delivered it per my request. The owner went above and beyond to make it right with me. It was your basic sandwich shop. Nothing fancy about their sandwiches. The soft bread was the most remarkable thing about it.
I got the turkey avocado sandwich. It was just ok. It’s a step above subway, but that’s not saying much. I think jersey mikes is better.

This has been my favorite sandwich chain since I was a child. Portions are better than average for the price, food is fresh and consistent. Never been disappointed! I only wish they were open later on the weekends.

Love BTH. My only complaint is the employees always take the front row parking spot. It would be nice to have those for your customers who do take out.
Love the food, great quality, but $17 for a small sub, chips & drink is just too much. Out of my budget now. :(

The new owner is friendly the old one not so much. My family and I love going here. Very sanitary, nice and bright inside. The sandwiches are delicious. My husband and I love getting the #20 we just add turkey. It’s our favorite!! Our son loves the #27 TBA.
