The receptionist cancelled our open table booking while we were seated and argued the reason of her doing so is because we arrived 20 mins early. BS I would say.
We're not what I'd call regulars but we've eaten at BJ's many times. Every time we've eaten there, we've been happy with what we ordered and have been super happy with the service. When given a choice between several restaurants for our anniversary, my wife chose BJ's last night. I think that speaks for itself.
I've been to this BJ's location multiple times over the years since it was built. Overall, I really like it for the variety of food they offer, including some light and low-carb options. The food has always been delicious. Also, they have TV screens inside with various sports games and news ,etc. playing, for those who are interested (it's not really my thing, but I don't mind that they have those). At my most recent visit, we were sat at a booth that was extremely cramped, at least on my side. Admittedly I am a bigger guy, but generally I still don't have a problem sitting at typical restaurant booths. The particular booth we were sat at may have just been particularly cramped though. I even had a hard time getting into it, as I felt very squeezed immediately, and there was no room for me to lean forward at all, which I typically do when eating at a booth. It wasn't comfortable for me there. We asked the server, who said they were pretty busy and it would have been difficult to find another table at the time, but they did pull up a chair on the end so I could sit at that table. That was the only time I've sat at a booth which was that uncomfortable. Otherwise I really like this restaurant.
While the service was good, I cannot say that about the food. The appitizer was ok at best. We had the chips and 3 dips. The cheese dip had no spice (although it was advertised to have had siracha in it), the spinach artichoke dip was runny almost like a soup, and the guac was overly seasoned. The steak and ribs were steamed 1st then grilled leaving them both overcooked. Pork ribs were loaded with untrimmed fat. Jumbalaya was dry, and the chicken parm , and breaded chicken were very dry, over cooked and lacking sauce. The drinks were the best part of the meal as they were very tasty and well presented. However for a bill of $200.00 I was very disappointed with what was served. We will not be returning.
Just overall disappointing experience. Sat down in some green mess under my seat and table. Appetizers came out with dinner.. Took majority of my meal to get a refill. Nachos were extremely meh for 17 bucks. Not what I was expecting for 190 dinner.

Anytime I have been in the restaurant has been busy, so it's obviously a bit on the loud side.
Food and service has always been good.

Took my wife for dinner New Years evening to BJ's brewing and we were met by friendly hostess and attendant. Seated in a respectable time , and waiter (Alex ) was very much a pleasure.
I love this place. Food, beer, service are amazing.

I love the food here!! My favorite thing to get here is the California chicken club. The pepperoni extreme pizza is very good as well. I feel like any food you get a BJ’s The servers are also amazing and very attentive. Bailey and Michael. L are both amazing servers! I will definitely be coming back here.

Table was dirty even after having it re-cleaned. Chicken was awful, steak was only ok with the steak sauce.

My sister ordered a Christmas dinner for me because I'm alone on Christmas and disabled. I got the slow roasted sirloin and chicken (sirloin ordered medium well) with sides of white cheddar mashed potatoes and sriracha brussel sprouts (which are $3+ extra) with a pizookie for dessert.
What I got: chicken that looked like someone ran their finger down the top, the steak was so dry it was practically inedible (tough as a boot, difficult to cut with a NEW KNIFE), a modest amount of bland mashed potatoes and absolutely no brussel sprouts.
The meal STARTS at $28.99! And it was worse quality than diner food. The pizookie was the only item that arrived hot, even though this order was apparently cooking while my Doordash driver was there...
I will never recommend this place, nor will I buy food here again.

I ordered a burger from this restaurant that was supposed to include a grilled patty, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, greens, pickles, their signature sauce, and a premium bun. What I received was completely unacceptable.
Instead of the promised ingredients, my burger only had two patties, bacon, and cheese. There were no tomatoes, greens, pickles, or sauce—essentially half the ingredients were missing.
To make matters worse, the patties were overcooked and partially burnt. This is not what I expected when I placed my order, and it’s far from acceptable for the price I paid.
The photo I attached clearly shows the disappointing state of the burger I received. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering here again.

While visiting my brother in the area we stopped here. Have a BJs in my local area. This one beats that one easy peasy.
