Love the Black Rock Frozen Fuels. However, this is the slowest location and hardest to get in and out of. Not sure why, but it's been this way for a while now.

I ordered a americano with extra cream extra honey and an ice cube to cool it down a bit and it came like a straight drip house coffee bitter and scalding hot ...dumped it out ...headed to Dutch bros from now on at least they listen as you order

I’ve bought blackrock for years. Yesterday my husband dropped by on his way from work. When he got home he noticed the coffee wasn’t half sweet as he usually asks for it. Went back to get it remade at around 9am this morning once I dropped off my kid at daycare because it’s quite a way from my home. The lady still charged me even though I brought it back and she even made a face. I wasn’t going to travel back at 6:30pm to get it remade so this sorta is upsetting.

Awful and rude women working here. I'm trying to save money and came here today because I had a gift card to use. I was told very rudely they couldn't accept it because they changed systems. I was forced to pay for it because they told me there was nothing they can do. Gift cards should always be accepted, period!!

I like blackrock but this one is so bad. It’s the slowest drive thru for any service I’ve been to. They seem to struggle handling even one car at a time. This last time I pulled out of line and gave up.

They recently changed their system, so all saved up free drinks on record are no longer available. Awful customer service by offering free drinks, then taking them away.

Horrible employee very rude to me, refused to give a receipt.
