Ate here on 6/7. Kitchen was amazing with the food! I asked if they still offer old items off the menu and one of the cooks said he'll make it. Drink was good, but my server at 212 was alright. She was giving me a stink eye at me and my partner when I asked if they offer to make an old item, a Yes or No would have been nice, but she did went to go ask. I then asked for a straw for my drink, and she saif she would be back. She asked for drinks for another table, and another table and waved her hand at me signaling she would be back. I waited 20 minutes, then asked a different server and she gave it right away. Got our bill dropped off and asked for boxes, we waited 7 minutes, went up front instead. Host was helpful in finding our server for us to pay, as you cant pay up front.

This is the second time I've received my wings without sauce, with a side of sauce, and 1 ranch dressing on the side for 10 wings. I didn't review before, but if it costs a lot, give me more sauce or ranch—I can pay, just let me know because I live far and can't come back.

Ordered takeout from here, and the food was hot and crispy! I think they kept it under heaters or something, because it took me a small while to get there but the food was still hot!

Worst experience at a Buffalo. No one at the hostess stand so my friend and I went to the bar instead. Sat down at a free table, made eye contact with workers with a wave hello. Never once were we waited on. Sat for over 10 minutes as we watched all the workers huddled at a work station leaving the entire bar alone. Got up and left and past multiple employees who just watched us leave.

We arrived at the Tannasbourne location at 4:55pm today, and were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. The restaurant could not have been a 10th filled but the host said he had to rotate where he seated people, so as not to overwhelm the limited wait staff they had in place. This is outrageous for a chain location like this, so we just left. We were only a party of 2, so there must have been a better option than just letting us leave. We tried calling moments later to speak with the manager, and after 45 rings no one ever picked up. Obviously, they are not very customer focused.

Ordered Chicken strips Dry overcooked hard And the onion rings They were cut in half Reordered hot wings Overcooked dry onion rings a little better this is a wing place how can the chickens overcooked and dry and hard and overcooked what is up with this .the triple cheeseburger was amazing it was really good my husband said the chicken wings this is a wing place why is the wings so overcooked don't they have a timer for it. We should have known because it wasn't very busy we set down right away

Placed online order over 20 minutes. Stood in lobby while 10 people got their order on time and I didn’t. Staff was not up front most of the time while waiting and was unapologetic about the wait time

This location is by far the best in the area. Service was great and attentive. Got the dip trio and hate the salsa, it’s jarred pace picante and it’s filled to the brim, meanwhile the queso and guacamole are filled about halfway.liked the organization labels of the TVs for all different footballs games playing it’s very helpful for seating.

waiting over an hour and half for our food for none of it to be right, and could literally see 2 female employees in the back just eating while there was plenty of people who needed help, than got our correct order and all the food was cold. Will not be returning

Food was terrible. Took forever for someone to actually seat us on a weekday. Many walked by , but not a word. I thought we would just give it a chance, but wish we left while waiting. Fries were cold, order was wrong. Bathroom was disgusting. Dried wing sauce on the soap dispenser, dirty counters. Food took forever when it was super slow. We always tip well regardless. We can't blame the servers, it starts with management. Everyone we talk to avoids this location. We will NOT be back.
