Genuinely a terrible environment. My family and I were ignored for the first 30 minutes after being seated, our waiter only checked on us twice, and didn’t bring us any sauce, napkins, plates, etc. There are many better Bdubs out there, this is definitely not worth a visit.

My sever was Matt, I believe idk I saw him once and that was just to take my order, Tristan did all the actual work, delivered food, get my order correct because apparently Matt didn’t think I needed my appetizer. My family had to find our own boxes and sauce lids, Matt talked to his friends seated in the bar for over 10 minutes solid. Hopefully he gets talked to about how to actually treat customers and understand good service means tips and bed service means disgruntled customers and no tips. Oh well

Usually a great place to watch the tourny. Service in the bar was terrible. A blind gentleman had to wait 15 min for service then nobody came back. TV system went down.couldn't watch the end of a couple games. Bar tender had to wait tables in the bar also when he was slammed making drinks.

BWW isn't new to us, as we've been to several over the US. Always love the food, the fast service, their happy hour menu and the price point. I especially enjoyed the cauliflower wings and always come back for their sauces.

Manager should be on top of staff. What’s with the eating by the order and pick up area. BWW Doesn’t offer them proper eating space ? Get it together guys come on homie is over there eating over the table where the other girl is packing the food, CHAOS !!!

Don't order take-out there on super bowel sunday. Waited 2 hours after my food was supposed to be ready. Cramped because there was a lot of people in the same boat. Employees were indifferent and seemed annoyed that we were waiting. Told to move by an employee and wait in a crowded corner so I couldn't even watch the game without reason. To make matters worse the food was cold after waiting two hours for it. They were telling people no refunds, and if you cancel your order you can come back tomorrow for a gift card for the amount.

I will never go back to this establishment. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. This plate was 30 dollars. Then also got the sampler plate and nothing on it was cooked. Mozzarella sticks were raw. Server didn't give us napkins or silverware. No celery no carrots. 57 dollar tab and couldn't even enjoy it what so ever. Very upsetting to go on date night and spend hard earned money on complete garbage. Do better Buffalo wild wings.
