Arrived at the drive thru with my family this afternoon, no more then maybe 2 cars in line a young gentleman took my order he was amazing very respectful. UNFORTUNATELY as soon as I pulled up to the window drive thru the current manager (older Hispanic lady with very dark eyebrows) gave me my drink almost throwing it in to my car and giving me my bag of food as well very aggressively! I respectfully asked her for ketchup when she proceeded to grab exactly 2
Packages and throws them in to my bag I then requested for zesty sauce and she immediately said that’s all the sauce we have. Then I asked if that was all the bags for my food and she closed the drive thru window once I arrived home sure enough I was missing a burger and fry’s horrible service this manager needs to be fired would like for a general manager to contact me via email or comment

I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King recently. There were two employees helping me, one appeared to be new, and the other, named Denice, seemed to be training her. Unfortunately, both seemed overwhelmed and unprepared. Not only was my order short a couple of items, but when I returned to address the issue, Denice immediately told me, “There’s nothing extra here,” without even checking. She then proceeded to talk to the employees in the back in Spanish—as if I didn’t speak Spanish myself. This was a super brief interaction that could have easily been made right by simply giving me what I paid for, but instead, she chose to drag it out painfully, even going so far as to accuse me of trying to steal a $9 hamburger. Why? This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced attitude from staff at this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service and order accuracy are important, and this experience fell short on both.

Its seems like every time I’ve been here there has been a problem but we have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the final straw. Placed a pickup order via their offical burger king app and when I arrived at the store the lady said she wouldn’t do the order. I showed her the app and that it was paid for. She was rude and basically told me it wasn’t her problem. Told me to contact my bank.I tried explaining that I didn’t want a refund and just the food I ordered and payed for and she just continued to be rude
She mentioned there were other online orders and it seems like she was just didn’t want to do it because it was a slightly large order.

It just happened here at Burger King and I bought a bag of ice and the cashier named Maria threw the bag of ice in my hand and it wasn't tied down and I dropped it here in the car and I bought a hamburger too and she didn't even offer me any sauce. Well, this is bad. I hope they improve.

It's a Burger King. It's fast food at high prices. The staff is always friendly to me. And this location has always got my order right.(no pickles)... they are decently fast..and are always polite . Granted I am usually here in the hours just off main eating hours.. 11 am, 3 pm, etc...
Once the beverage dispenser was out of Dr Pepper.. and seemed to only have diet drinks and fruit drinks... and the fries could use a dash more salt... but otherwise.. when I'm willing to pay 15 bucks for a "value" meal....this is a decent place to get a whopper, no pickles.

Have been going there for years. For months now they are out of one or the other breakfast sandwiches about every 2nd or third time I go there. When they build sandwiches they don't seem to care where the cheese or any other portion of the sandwiches lands. I bought three this morning and only 1/4 of the cheese landed on the hamburger,2 pickle slices on top of each other. Most of the cheese on another hamburger was melted on the paper. Maybe needs new management that cares!

It is a pleasure for me to share with you my existence in this unique place, the very beautiful girls, their very cute attitude made me feel like a king with a crown 👑 of cardboard but of gold in my heart. Thank you girls for your good work. I recommend this place to you.

Stopped for a whopper with cheese! Everyone was friendly, restaurant was clean, service was fast and the whopper was good (meat was cooked perfectly, fresh vegetables and soft bun)!

Really rude shift manager who is rude to customer. This is the second time I have came to this store and they have been really rude to me. I would really have a talk about how they treat their customers.

I went thru the drive thru 1/9/2025. I ordered two jr whopper duos. I was given my total which was incorrect. I was given attitude when I mentioned the total was incorrect. I was told I should have order 4 whooper jr.
I proceeded to the window to pay and my card was declined because its was disabled. I asked for a sec to enable my card and someone at the window proceeded to ask for cash and told me that I was holding on the line. In addition to telling my card was declined twice which wasn’t true. I was able to enable my card to pay for the food. I have been to this location many times and they will have you park in the parking lot and make you wait to grab your food. Yet I couldn’t get a min to enable my card. Keep in mind to check your order before you leave. They constantly making mistakes on leaving items out or giving you the wrong item. After last night I really had it with that attitude as was a paying customer. One male and female on the night shift 1/09/25.
