We ordered food and this worker in the drive thru took are order and said that that was enough and that we couldn’t order and that 2 orders was the limit.so we we had to do a whole loop again to make another order and when we came back there was a card on the counter.he was also really rude and he was mad for some reason.and we had to wait at least 20 minutes for are orders

This is a challenging place to be a Burger King. You are surrounded by other burger chains, including two that are much rarer in the area (A&W, Sonic) alongside a taco restaurant that also fresh cooks hamburgers (Del Taco).
On a recent visit, I drove through after deciding Sonic's offerings weren't for me that day.
BK is kind of stagnant as a chain, however, they do periodically have great value offerings and the occasional interesting special (ie. mushroom and swiss). I was ordering a Whopper Jr. "have it your way" so I added extra pickles. I also like that BK has Coke Freestyle machines so you can order a beverage several different ways.
This location served me promptly, got my order right, and the value was good for $5. The patty was fresh and hot, which may have been timing, and actually the sandwich was a nice blend of nostalgia and good taste.
Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger, generally cooked to order. Churro fries, cheesy tots (limited time offerings), French fries, onion rings, applesauce. NO SALADS. "Big Fish" for pescetarians. No vegan offerings.
Parking: This location shares parking with a Kohls Department Store, Del Taco. The access is weird, but parking is never an issue.
Kid-friendliness: This location does not have any sort of playground, but does have kid friendly finger foods and hamburgers in their kids meals. There is also a small outdoor seating area in the appropriate time of year.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location has a standard parking space and access ramp. I did not go in so I cannot speak to the restroom access.

I ordered some food from them this evening and I was very grossed out with what I got. I ordered NO mayo and my sandwich was smothered in mayo (gross!) and I ordered several sauces which I got NONE of them. The bacon on the sandwich was cold and soggy with no crispiness and looked like it was barely cooked enough (and talk about thin bacon too). They must use one of those single-spout multi-style soda dispensers because you can taste it in the sub-par soda as well. Overall not happy with my meal. Would not recommend eating here.

Service here has gotten worse they never listen to your order when in drive thru interupt you and we never get You Rule and my chicken sandwich looks burnt it has just gone to crap

I came in here today about 3:45 on a hot summer day and started with a cone of soft serve ice cream and the gentleman grabbed a cup let the machine run until it was about half full and then grabbed a cone and swirled it up seemed good so I ordered a second one and the gentleman put the cone all the way to the mouth piece of the ice cream dispensing machine let fill the bottom and then when It gushed out a bit started to swirl it up. I was excited to get what I thought would be a good second cone but it was definitely tainted. Try some right now it might still be that way.

Twice now I've tried to do an early morning order with these guys. And it takes half an hour to get any food and they make you come inside. There's no drive through service when they're supposed to be open. The one time I did wait and get food, The biscuit was burnt. The sausage was dry, it was disgusting.

April 20, 2024 around 9pm, I ordered a Bacon King and the man who took my order seemed irritated, like he didn't want to be there. Which, I don't mind. I brushed it off because it's not that serious. But, when I got home and I was eating my sandwich, I noticed a bitter taste to it. I've been buying the Bacon King for almost 2 years now. What I found is sickening. I understand if you hate your job but trying to poison your customers because you hate that it made your day a little busy is petty and childish. Whatever this black substance is, I know it does not belong there. And it obviously looks like it was intentionally placed there. Burnt pieces of food does not gather in a single spot like that. And that black substance is like ink. I smeared some on the wrapper for proof.
