Wanted double crescent meal. Price for meal on menu board was $7.49. The cashier charged me $8.59 a dollar and ten cents more. She claimed it was because I got a soda instead of coffee. So I I said fine I'll take the coffee. Price didn't change, I asked why I'm I pay more still, she stated that was what the system was charging. I pointed out the price on the menu board and asked for the price. She proceeded to just charge me the price for the sandwich which was $5.99 but rang up to $7.79 30 cents more than the meal

the app took my order, took my money.. the app should reflect if the location has the product or not..now i have 2 sandwiches that no one wants .. also what good is a mobile app if you still get pulled to wait for food you ordered 25 minutes prior

My partner and I went through the drive thru and we had to correct our order twice before we paid. We ordered one of the new limited time Whoppers and wanted to try their pickle fries. While they managed to correct the pickle fries, they gave us the wrong Whopper. If you go to this BK, make sure to double check your food, because they have messed up our orders often.

Got ripped off from false advertising. The drive thru menu says pick 2 Whopper Jrs for $5 and lists the ones to choose from. I chose 2 BBQ Bacons and was charged an extra $2. It didn’t say anywhere that the prices vary depending on which one you choose.

Watch your receipt and check your order at the window! I was at the drive-thru at 3:50 p.m.-I was one of two people in the Drive-Thru.
I ordered an impossible Whopper with no mayo and heavy ketchup, also to cut it in half. I didn't know they charge for a large water, so when I saw it was a dollar on the screen I asked for the complimentary one because I didn't want to pay a dollar.
Little did I know he didn't take it off and I ended up paying for the water. I asked for my dollar back was asked if I wanted a cookie instead and I told him no.
His manager didn't even look at me when she refunded my money. I had to wait there for a minute and ask for my receipt back. I had it shoved at me for the window and his manager still didn't look at me.
On top of this mishap, my burger had zero ketchup on it and not even packets in the bag,it had no pickles or onion, and they didn't cut my burger in half.
