Usually stop here in the morning. With the hopes of it changing. But never does. Insanely slow even when nobody is in line. They always ring up your orders wrong. Only place I’ve ever gotten annoyed to order every time I do.

Wanted double crescent meal. Price for meal on menu board was $7.49. The cashier charged me $8.59 a dollar and ten cents more. She claimed it was because I got a soda instead of coffee. So I I said fine I'll take the coffee. Price didn't change, I asked why I'm I pay more still, she stated that was what the system was charging. I pointed out the price on the menu board and asked for the price. She proceeded to just charge me the price for the sandwich which was $5.99 but rang up to $7.79 30 cents more than the meal

Understaffed slow service, franchisor is probably a cheapo penny pincher who wants you to wait in line so they don’t have to pay anyone. Poorly designed drive thru
the app took my order, took my money.. the app should reflect if the location has the product or not..now i have 2 sandwiches that no one wants .. also what good is a mobile app if you still get pulled to wait for food you ordered 25 minutes prior
