You guys work hard, love coming here. Noticed today while I was ordering in the lobby, this poor girl was going all over the place working hard prepping orders. and I saw some other employees just standing around chatting! Please instruct your employees to help each other out that’s all.

I've been a big fan of this location for a long time but recently had an issue and it has grossed me out so bad I won't go back. It appears they cooked the little paper/plastic cheese slice divider into my breakfast burrito. This occurred 0730 8/13

I was greeted at the counter and offered suggestions, which I took. The food was delicious with local ingredients. I had a cheeseburger and Walla Walla onion rings and a coffee shake. You really can't beat Burgerville.

Bf and I picked up 2 strawberry plant based shakes, and a chocolate chunk cookie when a late night craving hit us. We're not big into fast food but were pleasantly surprised that everything was great tasting, well balanced, and there were even fresh strawberries in the shake. We weren't expecting much since we were going late almost before closing which is considered pretty rude I'm sure, but staff were lovely and friendly and made the experience that much better.!

Waited 20 minutes for one shake, bad wait time. Not the greatest customer service either. Probably won’t come back to this location. Also, personal preference, music in dining room is not great.
