As I was driving along TV Hwy, I thought that a good burger would be great...and lo and behold! Carl's Jr was in sight and I made that left turn - to get the best burger I've had in a very long time. Both gentlemen at the counter were super nice, one shared that I could have 2 for an xtra $1! Yes, please. The lady who was lovingly preparing my order is new, only her 4th day (they apologized for the wait, but there wasn't a wait, the screen was full of orders) Anyhow, the lady truly assembled my meal as if she was plating dinner at home, and it tasted like it! I hope she never loses that talent. Burger looked like the pictures, tasted like fresh from the BBQ. I drive by there often but usually eat at home. I might change things up a bit going forward. Thank you for being a great owner, hiring great staff, serving quality food! I'll be back. :)

The staff there today were very friendly and professional. Far beyond the typical service at a fast food restaurant. There were a few challenging customers in there while I was eating and they handled an irritating situation with grace while simultaneously accommodating the rest of the customers at a high level. Wish I would have looked for their names so I could mention them. June 7th at noon.

This Carl's Jr is like every other Carl's Jr. Nothing exceptional but great quality food. Decent prices and nice clean environment. The great thing is that the staff here allowed me to use up to four coupons at one time in a single purchase. I really appreciate when restaurants and fast food places allow this as it's more customer friendly and there's no reason to limit customers to using coupons since they're just trying to spend more money anyways. I will be happy to come here again in the future whenever I'm in the area or craving a Carl's Jr

Wow—I’m honestly blown away by the service I received at Carl’s Jr. today. Joshua Michael, the general manager, and Angelica were absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never experienced such high-level, genuine customer service anywhere else in the U.S.
Not only did they greet me with warm smiles, but they also went the extra mile by helping me choose the healthiest options on the menu—something I really appreciate as an athlete working to lose weight. Their kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression.
From now on, Carl’s Jr. is my go-to spot. I’m choosing it over McDonald’s and Taco Bell, hands down. Huge shoutout to the team for setting the standard in customer care.

I used to enjoy McDonald's breakfast burritos, but over time they got smaller and less tastier. So I decided I'd try a competitor. For about the same price, Carl's Jr offers a real breakfast burrito. It's filling and tasty. The people there are always fast and friendly and even bring my food to the table. I'm done with miky d's Carl's Jr is my new go to for breakfast. 3 stars for the atmosphere, it is just a fast food joint, but it is always clean, so I just changed it to 4 stars
