Ordered grubhub from here. The driver stole our stuff, and then when we reordered, they canceled it and refused to fulfill because they “can’t want to remake it”. You can’t make an order? That makes no sense. I happily paid for an order but they refused. Guess they hate customers.

It’s hit or miss if your orders correct. Unfortunately if your order is incorrect you get less of a bargain. Smaller meals or less meat. Quality food though, it is super good and cooked well! I like it! I’ve ordered about 10 times and 3 are wrong with smaller burgers, disappointing when you ask for a double but get a single. Overall, good stuff!

I think this has to be the worst experience I had a Carl's Jr in a long time honestly I think this is the worst Carl Junior in Oregon. My food was extremely cold and undercooked which is a problem to me and I tried to relay my issue to one of them employees over the phone and she hung up on me. Now if I go into Carl's Jr physically again we're going to have a physical issue. I'm tired of getting shity ass service when I'm paying my hard-earned worked money. I'm going to save you guys the hassle and say do not go to this Carl's Jr whatsoever you're better off going to Sonic down the street, it may not be what you want but the service is phenomenal.

Just Wasted $35 at this place!! I live 5 mins from this C-jr, and I went through the drive-thru, and the service was pretty good, but all of our food was Stone Cold.!!!! Not even remotely warm! Won't be wasting my money here again!
