This was some excellent BBQ! We had the pulled pork sandwich and pulled pork platter. The meat and BBQ beans hit the spot. The coleslaw was also a big hit. Like nothing I have had before. Super savory and delicious ? 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
A friend recommended it. I'm in love. Owner single??? Pork potato was enough for lunch the next day and just a delicious. Brisket plate was aaaaaamazzzzing! Not your traditional slaw, surprising but not surprisingly delicious.

Chadwick’s Pit is the best BBQ brisket this side of Texas! Support this small business and you will not be disappointed. The beans and slaw are also out of this world! A must visit when in Hillsboro.
