The service here is really bad. I've had a few instances of missing food that I ordered. You should definitely check your order when you pick it up because you can't trust them. Otherwise, you have to go through the trouble of going back to the store. For these mistakes, they don't apologize or compensate the customer properly. To avoid going through all that trouble, consumers should check and double check.

They very rarely mess up my order, like once in a blue moon. Friendly staff as expected, even when there's a line of cars in the drive-thru you go through fairly quickly. Food always tastes delicious, hot and fresh.

Went through the drive-through pulled up to the window young lady was chatting with a friend for 4 1/2 minutes till she turned around and handed me my food that was sitting there the whole time. .

Stopped in to grab takeout for dinner while on a business trip. Pleasantly surprised with how good the Cobb salad was. Learned that Chick-fil-A isn't just about the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich! Try their salad when you want a change of pace from nuggets or sandwich.
