Highly recommend the food. The brisket nachos are fantastic. Can't wait to try the pulled pork.

Keep up the great work ?

Staff was kind and friendly. Sandwich was abundant and flavorful without being too much flavor overload. Size is a couple meals for me. Appreciate the amazing food!

Pulled pork sandwich was lacking significant flavor. For the price it should come with a side imo.
Nachos ingredients seemed cheap and the brisket was flavorless as well. Customer Service was basic, not super welcoming. I read other 2 star and 3 star reviews after we ate and the critiques of the quality and taste were consistent with how i felt unfortunately. Don't mean to tear them down, just my honest opinion. Hope others have a better experience.

This place used to be good when the carts first opened, I think that the business has gotten to them. I have ordered several times really trying to like it but everything has been an EXPENSIVE disappointment, I have tried nearly the entire menu and it just never gets better.

The mac and cheese has barely any cheese sauce and is bland.

The brisket itself has very little seasoning so tastes like im eating straight unseasoned meat.

The portions are not that big for what you are paying.

The potato is unseasoned with none of the toppings mixed in so when you get down to the actual potato it has no seasoning.

They skimp on the sauce and really a lot of the toppings.

The sandwiches do not have enough sauce or seasoning, and the nachos are also pretty cheaply made with low portions (aside form the cheap chips).

Everything keeps getting more expensive but the quality control is just not there.

I bought a half stack of ribs and Mac n Cheese. The Mac n Cheese was tasteless and nasty. The ribs were juicy and nice, but very little sauce... $26 worth it? No!

I myself smoke a lot of meat, especially Ribs. I’ll have to say eating chin’s Bbq ribs are on point. I also tried the pulled pork and Brisket… hands down to the most amazing food. I also would mention their brisket beans and Mac & Cheese.
Thank for opening in our community.

Mac and Cheese barbecue bowl no Cheese on the Mac and Cheese, little to no flavor on the meat. Worst 18 dollars I've spent on food.

Hmmmmm, if 2.5 stars was an option thats what i would say but I'll give them benefit of the doubt and give 3 stars since they are 4+ rated. Actually....nope you get 2. We got the brisket sandwich and it was edible but barely. Had to go back and ask for more sauce (seemed like there was NONE on our sandwiches). Meat had NO smoke flavor (or any flavor at all). Brisket was very dry even with the additional sauce. Plus $16 with no sides is WAY steep unless it is excellent food. Head to AJs Pork Belly and Lamb at Zesties in Forest Grove of you want some awesome BBQ.

I got the pulled pork sandwich, Mac and cheese, and my partner got the half rack of Texas style ribs and the baked beans. The pulled pork sandwich had only a tiny bit of bbq sauce on it and was very dry, the Mac and cheese was SO bland. My partners baked beans were more like a bean soup and his ribs were completely dry. The worker gave me an attitude when I asked for more bbq sauce.

Tried for first time last night. I love to try BBQ places as well as smoking a lot of my own. Being retired I have been fortunate to try BBQ across the whole country. I ordered the Big Time Nachos ($19). Since it was my first time trying I asked if I could have the meat split so I could try both the Pulled Pork and the Brisket. I did not ask for added meat just instead of all pork or all beef give me some of both since there is no price difference between getting all beef or all pork it still is $19. I was surprised when the gal tells me sure they get the request all the time but that is an added $5 upcharge! I was a little surprised but thought ok, I want to try both so sure hit me the extra $5. Now the Nachos are up to $24 plus my $5 tip and I am into these Nachos for $29!! When I picked up my order and opened the plastic container I was surprised first to see that to start with the Tostada chips were just the cheap rounds you might get at a highschool football game. For that price point some nice higher quality Tostadas would be the right call. Then came the meat which I was so excited to try. There was VERY LITTLE meat on the Nachos. Both meats were tender however the pulled pork had little to no bbq smoke flavor and could have just as well come out of an oven. I had to really hunt for the Brisket pieces and when I did again had very little BBQ smoke flavor. The queso was pretty bland as well and quickly became no longer creamy but a mealy or gritty consistency. The beans are called "Brisket Beans" but again tasted very bland and I could not pick up on any sort of Brisket flavor in them. I opted for the original BBQ sauce and had no complaints about it. It was your average standard bbq sauce flavor. Over all, I understand the continued rising food costs as well as the time needed to produce a good BBQ protein. That being said.....the $ 24 price for a plastic clamshell container full of mostly low grade Tostada rounds was a big disappointment. My wife and I really try to give places a second chance if we have had an underwhelming experience and hope maybe my first experience was chalked up to a bad day behind the BBQ pit.

I’m from the South and have been pretty disappointed in the BBQ I’ve tried so far. Extremely happy with the ribs and beans! Mac n cheese needed more flavor, but other than that, this will be my go-to when I am craving some ribs!
