Ordered from the app to this location. The store had my order ready quicker than the app showed and the employees were very helpful.

I hate to write reviews like this, especially since at one point this Chipotle actually was decent. But recently, and especially last night the behavior and attitude of the employees is very below standard. The employees were unfriendly and very unwilling to be there and help customers. There were a few of them that were extremely rude and that is unfair. The food was also way less portion than normal and quality was low since none of the food was fresh. The biggest issue is the customer service and I really hope that all the employees get better training and can change their attitude. I would love to see actual positivity from them. I would definitely recommend going to the location in the Sunset Mall on Cornell instead) who actually have improved a lot and way better employee friendliness and service)!

I would give lesser stars if it was allowed. I’ve had at least 5 wrong orders from this location. They are always out of things. Give wrong orders. Lie to customers saying they are out of something from 3-4 hours but you see them fulfilling other orders with that exact ingredient. And it’s not due to rush, orders from any time in the day could be wrong. Also the portions are super less.
They messed up my order. Didn’t put half of what I asked for. Was charged 30 bucks for nothing. Sad 😞

Employees at the counter were mute, wearing earbuds and staring at the floor. Dining area was a mess with food scraps everywhere. No ice in the beverage dispenser. Food was okay, but I think the presentation affected how I perceived it. Very disappointing since the location is somewhat a hassle to get to from certain directions.

Continues to disappoint, ordered online for my daughter and the quantity was extremely less. We could literally see the base of quarter of the bowl. This is not usual, but at the Stucki ave location it happens frequently..

This is the worst Chipotle in this region. One staff member (short/slim guy) should be fired in this store, very arrogant, unfriendly, always tries to get less materials for you, never goes to this store anymore

Ordered food from this location. Paid 71.00 for lettuce, a blob of sour cream, undercooked old beans, and a clump of rice. Our bowls didn't have any of the meats, or toppings we ordered. I'll be returning the food to this location tomorrow when they open.

I love Chipotle but this one was bad. Had half of a solid avocado in my burrito.

When you order double chicken, they short change you, but charge you double. I let the casbier know and they just said okay and gave me my bag. I let them know that i got double chicken and I only got one and a quarter scoops and they did not seem to care.
