Got a steak burrito and when she scooped it over half the steak fell off the spoon. She gave me a dumb look like it didnt happen, So im like ok.... Can I get extra steak? Another half scoop +$7 just so I can have the standard amount that it's supposed to come with. Than asked for medium drink, charged me for large. And they threw in this chili sauce and charged for that when I didn't even ask for it. Over $24 for basic burrito and drink. Not coming back. Burrito truck near the chevron i could of got the twice that for same price.

Walked in, used the bathroom, went to the tortilla press and waited for about 3 minutes while being completely ignored by the entire staff at 9:46PM on Oct 18th, 2025 (to check the cameras). Gave up and drove to the other Chipotle nearby. Unbelievable.

literally the friendliest staff everrrrrr! i always go like 20 minutes before closing usually after the gym and i always feel so horrible. but the staff is so sweet and have the best attitude and make me feel welcome. I wish i could member names but they are all great!

I ordered online for me and my kids, and thought I ordered two non spicy burritos for my kids and one spicy one for me. When I received the order, to had two spicy burritos and one not. When I told them, they very nicely told me it was made correctly and I ordered incorrectly. How embarrassing! They made me a new burrito. I wanted to pay because it was 100% my fault, but they wouldn't let me. Amazing service, and we will definitely be back! Great staff and management.

Had in person interview setup for 10am. Store closed with people looking at me from inside. Tried to call got hung up on and now see someone grabbing food to eat. Don't setup up interviews for times your managers or company cannot follow through on. Thank you for wasting my time, waited more than 10 mind

Portion sizes depend on who's working that day. If you get stuff in the drive through they don't care at all and you may get someone else's order.

I was charged twice and immediately asked for a refund. They had another order on the register before they rung me up and told me if was charged wrong then I’d have to email the company.. the employees here aren’t trained correctly. One even argued with me but they made the mistake. I have to dispute the charge on my credit card now.

I pre-ordered for my daughter’s graduation party that took place on June 7th. My husband went to pick it up because I was finishing up decorating. He was about 15 minutes early and was told it would be ready in 30. Though it was late, he waited patiently. He watched as the ONLY 2 employees (no management) got their butts kicked. Drive thru, walk-in’s, door dash, line wrapped around the building… it was a nightmare for them. They kept great attitudes and smiles on their faces. Our order was perfect and everyone was happy we had Chipotle at the party! I wish we knew the names of the guy and gal that day, but great job kids! We hope to see ya again!
