I went here yesterday and the store smelled strongly of cleaning product, I ordered my cone to go and when I pulled up to my house and took a bite in to the cone it tasted like the cleaning product smell in the store, it was so bad I spit it out immediately and threw it away, I called the store to report it and was told I would have to drive back out there for a refund and that a manager would call me back, they never did and it is ridiculous to drive round trip again to resolve this. Update 8/14- the store said they would issue a refund but instead charged my card twice… having to go back in person today to resolve this

I should be able to earn points even if I use a coupon. I spent $5 dollars and didn't earn any points. Completely ridiculous. Just because I used a coupon. The employee was rude to me yesterday. I trying to talk and he snapped at me "okay I'm trying read"

I recently visited ColdStone and had an outstanding experience thanks to Adriana and Aaliyah. Their amazing customer service, attention to detail, charisma, and kindness truly stood out. They served us our delicious ice cream with such enthusiasm and warmth that it made our visit extra special. Employees like Adriana and Aaliyah make a great difference in a place, and I am grateful for having them there. Thank you, ColdStone, for having such wonderful staff!

I can NOT lie, i am a 5’4 620 pounds boy and this ice cream is the best ice cream i’ve eaten in my entire life. me and my homie were going to the library to chill and we ordered with their delivery feature from Uber Eats. Once we picked up our food from the delivery man, we went back to our study table and found that they forgot to give us spoons, because of this massive blunder, we were left with no option but to eat with our hands. keep in mind that it was 100° degree weather and the entire library was watching us eat the ice cream that was melting all over our faces and onto our clothing. Nevertheless, it was a 10/10

The guys working tonight were really great. Even showed my son a trick by flipping the ice cream in the air and catching in the bowl. The ice cream is great, but customer service like that is a real treat.

Cold Stone Creamery was quite delicious. They had tons of different options to choose from. They had nondary options as well with tons of different toppings to choose from. They also have cupcakes and cake too.

Vegetarian options: There is no meet and there are even no diary options.

Dietary restrictions: There are lots of options for people with dietary restrictions such as non-dairy products and mix and match to make your own ice cream.

Parking: There's lots of parking in the front of this shop.

Kid-friendliness: Ice cream is always kid friendly.Is there a lots of delicious options to order.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and handicap parking.

Went to this place with high hopes but was disappointed after eating the cheesecake fantasy ice cream. I liked the way it was made and was excited to have it. Strawberries and blueberries in the icecream were tasteless and some were even bitter in taste. I guess they were frozen from a long time as it was all icy. Coffee icecream was somewhat better I would say.

It was a fun experience. Had a mud pie mojo. YUMMMM. GOOD ice cream with the fun of building your own flavor or choosing one of their specials

Staff is rude and unnatentive. Definitely feels like they don't have time for you as soon as you walk in.

Do not go to this location. If I could leave zero stars, I would. It's the third time I've been to this location and the employees decide to close earlier. (Always the same group of employees) . As you can see in the photos the open sign is off, I took the photos after 5 minutes, when someone finally decided to talk to me, the employees completely ignored the fact that I was at the door and finally a guy decided to talk to me and tell me that they closed earlier because they had to clean the floors and couldn't serve more customers. I was accompanied by other people. And as I mentioned before , it is not the first time it has happened . I arrived at this location on Friday April 14 at 9:46 pm and it was already closed. In the photographs you can see the time they were taken. It is disrespectful to customers that this location close earlier and ignore people at the door. I am a loyal customer of cold stone, but after this incident neither I nor my family will return, not only to this location or to any other. What kind of manager and company allows this type of situation and bad treatment of its clients?

I felt very rushed, not enough chairs and tables, its a ice cream shop! If people r out getting ice cream they usually want to eat it there, not melt on there way home. The bathroom was ridiculous! Dirty broken theres actually a sign on the door saying how to use there broken toilt. Owner needs to step up.

Really sweet workers, they did a great job making my milkshake and were very polite young men.
