So someone needs to be retrained. This is coffee ice cream with strawberries, brownie, cake and hot fudge. Don’t see any hot fudge? Oh that’s because it’s not there, the brownies? Oh they’re pulverized into the ice cream and the strawberries yeah there were two frozen pieces. Oh don’t get me started on the cake. It turned my ice cream into a gritty melted mess, it’s supposed to be chunks of these things. This may as well have been a blizzard, it was about as blended as a melted McFlurry. Super annoyed and disappointed

I was given a bag to bag my purchase. Um, what?? Then of cours, the system asks if you want to tip. No, I am not giving a tip to the worker behind the counter who had me bag up my own items. Yay for greed.

found a few pieces of hair in my ice cream cup. so gross

Okay, I never ever get ice cream because I have some food intolerances and allergies. The staff was wonderful, they had Chocolate Silk Almond milk, got a separate container with clean tools as I have a peanut allergy too. For once I was able to join in with my family with treats. THANK YOU!

Unis is a g. He hooked me up and was very helpful. Will def be coming back.

Employee's should not have bracelets on that touch the ice cream while they are serving it. Gross!

Horrible service. Employees do not look like they want to be there. No greeting, no smiles, no customer service period. Orders were prepared messy. Very disappointed. Informed the person who said she was the MOD and she had nothing to say, not even an apology. They need training.

It’s pretty weird how every other visit ALL of the blenders are broken, or.. the lazy 15 year olds don’t want to make a shake?Don’t go here- the high schoolers are lazy as hell and clearly they’ve got it figured out

The workers were not wearing any gloves and handling ice cream after touching their hairs. NOT TO MENTION THAT WE FOUND HAIR IN OUR ICE CREAM. They did remake it for us but no apology was given or a refund. They looked at us as if they were annoyed. This is totally unsanitary. I have come here before but never have I’ve experienced this.
