So someone needs to be retrained. This is coffee ice cream with strawberries, brownie, cake and hot fudge. Don’t see any hot fudge? Oh that’s because it’s not there, the brownies? Oh they’re pulverized into the ice cream and the strawberries yeah there were two frozen pieces. Oh don’t get me started on the cake. It turned my ice cream into a gritty melted mess, it’s supposed to be chunks of these things. This may as well have been a blizzard, it was about as blended...

Okay, I never ever get ice cream because I have some food intolerances and allergies. The staff was wonderful, they had Chocolate Silk Almond milk, got a separate container with clean tools as I have a peanut allergy too. For once I was able to join in with my family with treats. THANK YOU!

For the amount of teenagers that are giving up their seasons, good for you! Keep going. The issues that you all cannot control (because it’s up to the owner/s and manager.) are not for you to stress about. Smile, even at the rudest customers because apparently from these reviews people need validation while getting even a kids cone. They forget how it is to be a teenager and not have the support you need at your employer.. or maybe some never struggled.. they had everything...
