Okay, I never ever get ice cream because I have some food intolerances and allergies. The staff was wonderful, they had Chocolate Silk Almond milk, got a separate container with clean tools as I have a peanut allergy too. For once I was able to join in with my family with treats. THANK YOU!

For the amount of teenagers that are giving up their seasons, good for you! Keep going. The issues that you all cannot control (because it’s up to the owner/s and manager.) are not for you to stress about. Smile, even at the rudest customers because apparently from these reviews people need validation while getting even a kids cone. They forget how it is to be a teenager and not have the support you need at your employer.. or maybe some never struggled.. they had everything...

Cold Stone is by far THE BEST ice cream I have ever had in my life, and I’ve had a lot of ice cream. I always get their most plain flavor, sweet cream, which lets me taste the essence of their ice cream in its purest form. It’s hands down the most refreshing and creamy ice cream anywhere in all of Portland, and I stand firmly by that bold statement.
