We are regulars and actually drive out from Tigard because the food and service is so amazing. It can get a little busy on the weekends, but even then with a reservation (which you can make online or using Open Table) they get us right in and the service is still very good. The general manager can always be seen on the floor both observing and helping out with bringing meals and drinks to tables if needed.

The menu has so many options it is hard not find something...

Copper River Restaurant is our favorite "go-to" place. I mentioned this to the Manager as we were being seated. He noticed that I had some surgery done on my knee and that he could relate to that as he too had surgery a few years ago. However, when he asked what what happened I said it was a total knee replacement performed 8 days prior he could believe I was out and about on it with usage of a walker. I replied this was my first outing other than Dr. visit and PT Appmt....

The Miso Salmon is truly the best Salmon on the planet! They are pretty much always busy but they make up for it with their amazing service! The only slight downfall is during peak meal times it can get a little loud inside. We remedy this by going outside or asking for a quieter section. If you can deal with this, this place is a five star!!
