Overall average quality and pricing of food. Side of fruits as part of a combo was actually a handful of fruits - very less in quantity I’d say. Part of kids breakfast was not delivered (kids chocolate milk), and uber eats didn’t refund part of payment asking me to “provide a lower rating to the restaurant so they take feedback into account”. In prior experiences with other restaurants too, a rating/feedback on uber eats (or on Google) has never improved “making sure all items are packed in” by restaurants. Restaurants often ‘conveniently’ miss packing part of combos. Again, for most people non-delivery of a “kids chocolate milk” may not matter much, but it’s part of the whole combo or rather reason why most people will choose a combo really. Additional service charge levied by uber eats in general amps up the price per actual item for the person placing the order. It’s the whole experience where the restaurant plays 90% of the part. Will I order from here risking parts of the delivery order missing again after paying service fee and tips to the delivering company — nopes!

I'm not exaggerating, the employees are very rude, especially the cashier.

Now that I've gone quite a few times, I wanted to edit my initial review. The breakfast food is great. They often don't put in utensils though so check before you leave. The service people that give out the food are very grumpy to the point I've just stopped going though. They obviously don't need online orders or people's business I guess. I made the mistake of going today to see if a two week hiatus would change things but it didn't and to make it worse I bought two oatmeal raisin cookies that were hard as rocks. Like I brought them back to my school and showed my students and they used them to pound on the table and they didn't break ... Yeah, that's just wrong. They shouldn't have even been sold. At least the person at the counter wasn't overly hostile I guess.

It's okay, I didn't try their pastries which may have been a better experience than breakfast. It wasn't expensive or cheap, just overall average. I may have had a bit higher expectations from the overall look, but it's neither a value play nor a particularly good breakfast so it isn't for me.

Since I came before evening, I ordered a muffin and a latte. The bakery had a typical lineup.

We tried out the egg/avocado wrap and it was terrible. Fitting into the palm of my hand, it had no taste. The lady on the counter was not having a good day. Almost $9 it’s a waste of money.

One of the days I decide to try a new cafe, I googled and this cute bakery popped up as on of my first choices. To treat myself, I go in to enjoy a pastry and coffee. Brande attends to with a grim look, as if she hated being there. As I start ordering, her attitude was very uninviting. As I walk away after asking for a plate for the second time, a coworker/supervisor/manager look over at me at a table I’m about to sit in, talking and laughing, made me feel uncomfortable and ask them if was something that I owed them. Looking at me from head to toe say no. I asked for a back for my pastry and walked out. Not a very good first experience.

Disappointing! The last time I came here was several years ago & it was great! This time it was awful! The eggs weren't cooked, the pancakes were flat and rubbery! Hopefully they hire a cook soon! The counter girl was very nice though!

What HAPPENED?
We've visited 4 times.
Each time the food experience has gotten worse and worse...

Specifically -
Are pancakes supposed to have a 'hard shell' on the outside?
The edges of the pancakes literally 'clicked' when I tapped them with the edge of my fork! :-0

Next - the request was for LITE Cheese in an Anaheim Scramble... WOW - scary quantity of cheese. It's as if it was misinterpreted as 'triple cheese please' instead of 'lite cheese'.

Over half of that scramble was left not eaten because it was saturated with cheese! :-(

Finally, the home fries have always been delivered in the smallest quantity you can imagine being called a serving - but today... they were wet, cold, and undercooked! :-0

Like, a LOT undercooked.

We didn't choose, early enough, in our meal to complain... instead, we sucked it up until we felt guilty taking it back... so instead - I'm warning you. Be quick to fix their shortcomings when it is first delivered to your table!

The treats I bought were pretty underwhelming, mainly because you can taste the banana muffins that were also in the case. The baby bundt was so dry and undelightful.
