Honestly A disappointment. ....My wife wanted to drive us an hour out of the way to show us this place. She helped open this restaurant in 2007-8 and really enjoyed her time there.We both have worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years and understand the in and outs of restaurants. We understand when service is Good, Great, and or horrible. The service we received at Coyote's Bar and Grill was pretty bad.... and the server Josue is creepy.We arrived around 12pm expecting a lunch rush, but lucky us, the place was pretty quiet. Entering, we were not greeted by anyone and after 3 minutes or so of standing by the booth a lady said find a spot anywhere you fit! So we complied and found a nice booth for our party of four.About 10 minutes after being seated a gentleman ( Josue ) I'm assuming explained he would be our server. He asked if we knew what we were having and it was at this point he realized we were never given menu's. 5 minutes later he returned with 2 kids paper menu's and 1 adult menu .... I assume he figured we could share the 1 haha. About 10 minutes later our server returned and took our order drinks and all.!! THE WAIT WAS INTERESTING !!I am an avid people watcher... my wife normally entertains herself with the kids and tic-tac-toe... but not me I'm watching people... ..And of course my eyes found the very nice looking young blonde tattooed chick in the black mini dress moving tables around.. and behind every cute girl unaware is a creepy guy! haha !this time it wasn't me! It was our server!!! He was watching the blonde chick and the other lady move tables and every time the blonde chick would go by he would dip down pretending to pick things off the floor but tilt his head as too possibly look up her skirt. Or pretend to wipe off a low spot on the chair leg, after the second time I seen him do this I mentioned it to my wife and she seen him do it the 3rd time... haha man.. dudes be weird as heck now a days.....oh 25 minutes or so later our food arrived. First sight of the plates everything looked great... but as we got into our plates we started to realize everything was COLD. From the French fry, to the Hard Brisket platter, to the Luke warm KOBE burger.I personally never complain on site.. and I ABSOLUTELY NEVER SEND FOOD BACK. ( I've been around... like I said 10+ years in this industry haha... you never send food back lmao. )And you know what... normally my wife doesn't complain either. But after an hour plus drive and talking this place up to the high heavens I'm pretty sure my wife just felt bad for taking most of our day to try this place out.She went to the other server on the other side of the restaurant and asked her to come check our food out. ( she didn't want anything to do with Josue he'd creeper her out with his creeping on the blonde girl)The lady server was really nice and confirmed everything was cold and apologized and offered to have our food remade. At that point we just wanted to pay and leave. She I believe cut our bill in half I'm not sure ... we ended up paying 37$ or so. Definitely left a ZERO tip.My reccomendation for management would be 3 things1st) check your indoor cameras and watch your worker Josue. Time frame would be between 12pm and 12:54 pm when we left. Watch how he follows closely behind the blonde girl with the tattoos. Creepily checking her out.Protect the bartender or server she has no clue he's watching her.2nd) Time management from Cook to table. Frys should never be cold... nor should a Brisket ever be served cold... ( how does that even happen? )3rd) refund my 37$ so I can use it to get Burger King later cause I'm Hella hungry and hangry. And if you refund I'll remove this review.

I drive by this place many times and decided to try it. The food was a big disappointment, got half rack of ribs, it was rock hard, can’t even poke my fork in it. I had to waste more than half of it, don’t ever order their ribs, the brisket was much better. Service is so so, barely had water refilled and waiter didn’t come check on us neither. I like their big seating space. Overall not a good experience.

Enjoyed the patio on St. Pattys day with some friends. Rowan was amazing and attentive, even when she got busy. She continued to check on us and kept a smile on her face. Definitely enjoyed our drinks and food! Thank you ?

It's a decent place to go if you're not in a hurry and just want to hang with friends. Every time I've been there it's taken a while to get drinks or food ordered so make sure you order everything you want the first chance you get. Once you receive everything the servers don't come back unless you flag them down. Not sure if the place is always short staffed or what the deal is. Food is good. Happy hour portions are small so you're not going to fill up on one item.It's a nice place. The people are nice, drinks are good, food is tasty. Just plan on being patient.

The food was okay but my booth was rickety and it was hard to enjoy my meal with the loose back on the seat. It was like someone kicking the back of my seat on an airplane with every bite and sip... Super annoying please fix it!
