Insanely frustrating. I ordered an delivery order on Crumbl's website this morning shortly after 8AM (they open at 8AM according to their hours) to deliver to my girlfriend and her team at work. The system accepted my order and charged my credit card. The delivery time comes and goes...no delivery...and no refund. I check Crumbl's website, and now it said the order has been cancelled. No explanation as to why. And no notification to me.I call repeatedly and no answer, even up until 12PM and leave a voicemail. I chat with a different store (the Tanasbourne store), who picks up (after 3 calls at different times). A very nice gal answers and informs me that Hillsboro's location is all messed up, she doesn't know if anyone is even working there, what their hours are, etc. I explain the situation and that the Crumbl website doesn't allow me to pick which location is fulfilling my order. I ask if I can place an order with Tanasborne (since apparently they're actually doing business)...but apparently they can't do that. She suggests I order via DoorDash.I try again, but this time via DoorDash. Goes right through...and then about 30 minutes later, I get a notice of cancellation because apparently the DoorDash driver arrives to the Crumbl location and IT'S CLOSED. On a Wednesday.I still have yet to get a refund.Just trying to get this place to take my money, twice, but apparently it's too much to ask.And meanwhile, there is apparently no way to get the functioning Tanasborne location to deliver.Comically frustrating...I should get paid for how much time I've spent trying to pay them. What a brilliant business model...accept money for a product you don't have, at a business that isn't open, and then inform customers (via another store) that I'll get a refund in 3-5 days.I think the folks who work at the store are probably angels, but their higher ups are screwing the pooch with their ineptitude.

This place is top notch on service and always super clean. Absolutely the BEST of the best cookies. Never disappoints. Have bought several for fam & friends as well as gift cards to make people’s days…Parking: East access. Never been a problem.

Tried to place an online order, system was down. Tried to walk in to order, but they said their order system was down and to order online. I told them it was down, and they flatly said “you can keep trying, but our system is down.” There was no apologetic tone to their voice, they literally could not care and made no effort to communicate or offer solutions at all.Why were they still open if they couldn’t accept orders? They were still making cookies, for what?? They couldn’t sell them. Put a sign on the door if you can’t do business, seems pretty simple.

Worst location I've ever seen. All employees just ignore customers. I watched then just throw paper towels on the ground next to the trash and not in it. I came in at 1130 they didn't speak to me for 15 minutes then said we are closed till 12 even though there sign says 8. Sold out of 2 types of cookies right at opening. You can tell everyone who works here just doesn't care. I will never come back !!!Update I reached out to customer service, and they did nothing. Maybe is just a bad company. I think I'll find a new cookie place.

Welp where to start. Order cookies online two boxes $50 worth they took my money and the order. The website said pick up cookies by 8:30 AM. I showed up around 9:15 and the location was closed. With a paper sign, stuck to the door that said will be open at noon. The website does not reflect these hours. Neither does google or any delivery apps. When I contacted customer support, they told me the order never went through and that my money would be refunded. So at this point i’m down 50+ bucks with tip and zero cookies. As to not lose any more money, I waited till noon drove down to the location and picked up. Great customer service in the location however, customer service helpline is trash. My money has not been refunded. It has gone completely through full charge. contacted my bank, and there is no pending refund contacted customer support again today and they’re telling me otherwise what a mess. I highly. Suggest not ordering online. So nice of a person as I am I really don’t need to be loaning $50 to a big company so you all need to really make this right. I don’t even want to refund why don’t you take the two boxes of cookies that For down to the homeless shelter, and they can have a treat. Oh, and you should tell your customer support not to blame the customer on up to your mistake and fix it!

Never had a bad experience here. Everyone is generally nice and welcoming. I've yet to get a cookie that wasn't baked correctly or didn't look exactly like the menu pics.

The cookies where warm 4 once and they where supper bomb! But the services was not pleasant at all! There where 3 girls who I'm assuming where in high school and need to learn about customer service! Not one girl smiled until the end when the blond girl gave us our cookies she smiled as she was saying bye! The other 2 girls looked like they where board and to good to be working!
