I came in with my pup who is currently training to be a service animal (for my partner who has epilepsy). When I walked in the man who was working (which he later gave the name of Byron) advised me no dogs allowed, I informed him he was a service animal in training! in the state of Oregon by law, establishments can only ask 1) if they are required for a disability 2) what they are/are being trained for to assist with said disability….. I answered both of these questions And he proceeds to tell me that he knows my purse is not in service anymore because it’s not his first rodeo and I needed to leave, I thought when I asked him for his name And the phone number for the owner he told me OK you can have the owners phone number and And gave me his name. He then asked which association I have my certificate, through!? Well, continuing to raise his voice in front of a place for customers, I let him know he couldn’t ask him those questions, my law! I was leaving peacefully at this point, Ask him if I could have the owners number or if he was the owner or manager he told me I could not have the owners name or phone number just flat out now and wouldn’t tell me if he owned the place or not!! Completely unprofessional and downright embarrassing for me!
The only reason I’m doing this with you any stars is because, I Knew this guy could not possibly be the owner with the way he acted, So I went back in the next day To let the owner know how his employee is treating his customers Aunt is going to cause significant business loss with the way he treats people! The owner was not in, but the girl working literally should be or at least running the place for the owner!!! If you guys get a chance to go in and see charity, she is the sweetest person ever. She actually cares about her job and making sure she treats everyone with respect and compassion! She’s just Wholesome and real she doesn’t have to try. It just comes naturally to her. PSA Dandy’s Deli Owner if you see this which I hope you do this is who you want to Be running this store for you! She is the only reason I will be coming back because Byron is so completely disgraceful and it takes a lot to embarrass me, and I was absolutely humiliated that day! I am not easily embarrassed at all or feel attacked, but mission accomplished Byron because you made it happen!

Los Dos Locos
The gentleman who worked this morning said “restrooms are marked for a reason” when my husband had to use the restroom. There was myself, one lady, and my husband in the bar and he went to use the single stall women’s room. The lady and myself didn’t care, we didn’t say anything. I’m wondering how many people are met with his snotty attitude. He sat on his phone the entire time we were there (30 minutes or so), he didn’t say hi, didn’t acknowledge anyone who was waiting for a drink or to cash out a ticket. Not a good look at all for the bar at all.
