We caught them open on 10/3 during the lunch hour. What luck! We ordered the mixed taco plate with Al Pastor and pork and it was que rico! Three words for you, here: FRESH HANDMADE TORTILLAS! It was refreshing to see how much really lovely fresh flavor (and work) goes into their food and, unlike many restaurants, it wasn't coated with cheese and too salty. I hope I catch them open again, and soon! Thank you for coming back to your storefront on Main Street in Hillsboro!
Stopped in during my lunch and ordered the Guacamole Chicken Burrito. Packed with flavor, tender chicken, and generous guac (but not too much). I was surprised that my to-go order also came with chips and delicious salsa that seemed like they're made in house. My only critique is that they are not always open when they say they are online.

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito on my lunch break, to go. Everything tasted really fresh and homemade. I didn't have to wait for my food very long, either. I really like this place. Service was great and staff super friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend.
