I visited here today, and won. It’s my first Mother’s Day without my mom, and after my win, Heaven is a place on earth started playing on the radio. My mom used to play at Sunset Bingo when it was on western in Beaverton. I only put 20.00 in the machine, walked out with close to 300.00. Tipped the cashier/host 40.00. 20 from me, and 20 from my mom.

Woman there is extremely rude and condescending. She asked how can I help you? We told her we would like to place an order for cheeseburgers. She replied in a very rude manner, NO! Then started telling us, there are 5 orders infront of us and proceeded listening all the things she needs to get done instead. When we told her that's fine but she didn't need to explain or be rude she said "NO I'm not rude" and walked away. Also the previous time wife tried to order something and this same woman refused her service and said "no, I'm doing a shift change" and just walked away. This person is extremly rude and lacks manners, she shouldn't be anywhere near customer service.
So not sure if I remember correctly and if the lady’s name was Teresa, but I was there yesterday Wednesday morning,,,, Wednesday May 1st 2024. I sensed bad vibes from this lady even though I continuously won and tipped her!!! I have played in this area and won multiple jackpots in the past. Everyone has always been so nice!!She was nice to everyone but me. Every time id try to cash out, she was *busy* or made some rude responses. I ignored it but i was self aware. Everyone else seemed to be getting a 5 star treatment. Everyone else that was not a person of color!At some point a Hispanic friend walked in offered me a drink, she declined to serve him which was whatever, no big deal. Usually dottys allow 10 mins to save the machine you’re playing you just gotta put the postage up so we walked out to just touch base or really none of her business.Come back less than the 8 mins and she had pulled down our *be right back 10 mins* postage. Then proceeded to say to us in a rude loud super disrespectful tone, that we had gone to the bar next door! And didn't deserve to be there!!!? I was like!!?I couldn’t believe this lady, I’d been there for over 4hrs!! Spending my hard earned money, the public display of disrespect and biases towards us: She never uttered a single word to the customers consistently smoking outside and others leaving for way longer periods of time. Her actions were beyond me!!!So me a black woman and Hispanic guy needed to be followed when we left for whatever reason??? We were NEVER disorderly or acted out of the norm that whole time we were there and they got cameras to prove this. If I could, I’d get all my tips back from this horrible pathetic racist person.I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS type of treatment in my life so it definitely hit a nerve.Teresa or whoever your name is!! Shame on you! Thanks to people like you, your store owner will lose business. I hope your past colleagues can attest to how great I’ve always been as a customer cause you were the worst attendant I’ve ever hard.Everyone is human and deserves to be treated fairly. You got the right one. Me the person you tried to devalue and humiliate needs you to understand,,,I am an engineering graduate with two amazing kids. I’m a commercial model and a business owner.. let your spiteful mini brain cells take that in. ✌?

My wife was there for three hours. I walked in there with my service dog and was only in there for lease then 15 second before I was told I couldn't have my service dog in the place and was told to leave. I showed her my service dog card and she still told me I had to leave because some people don't like my dog. I told her while that's not my problem and the law is clear I can have her in the place she told me she did not care and told me I had to leave and refused me service for me having a service dog.
