The way she gives undivided attention when taking the family’s complicated order, her welcoming voice when confirming each drink was what we asked for was correct, and her natural angelic smile before checking with the fam and making sure all was good and even insisted in a taste test before driving away…. Came to Starbucks while I was nearby. Service is incredibly fast and efficient. This place does get a little busy during certain times. They have many different coffee and non-coffee options. They are usually super busy in the mornings with a long line of cars. They do carry pastries, so if you want a snack, you can get something to munch on. Overall, if you are in the mood for coffee or a unique drink, this is a good place to check out.
Vegetarian options: There is no meat inside of their drinks
Dietary restrictions: They can mix and match ingredients. If you have any restrictions on certain ingredients, please let them know.
Parking: There is plenty of parking around, but it's mostly used as they drive through location rather than something that you park and walk in.
Kid-friendliness: It is super kid-friendly. You can get your kid a nice, colorful drink.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking in the parking lot and there is a dry through.
Grace is absolutely wonderful! She has my order memorized and always coos at my dogs. Vanessa was new to me today and she is also super sweet.

This is my second review on Dutch bros in the last few months. I don’t frequent any locations often. Coffee is always good and consistent. Interactions are always pleasant when placing an order but then it’s completely different when I’m actually picking up the coffee. Condescending comments and a complete lack of customer service with no management presence
