blended rebels have been getting worse and worse for about 6 months now. This mornings was absolutely awful and won't be drinking it. Over $8 for something you cannot drink. I believe I am done with Dutch Bros.

Only went in to buy gift cards.
Fast, clean location. We skipped the line and went inside. I enjoyed the decor and the vibe. My broista was friendly as always. And my coffee was made just how I like it. Would gladly return to this location.

It’s Dutch Bros, what else can I say? Not a top tier coffee shop, however one of the better drive thru options. Fast service at this location, and drinks were good.

I've been to this location at least 4 times now.... I had to make sure it wasn't just the day ya know. Well everything I go to this location they seem like they hate the job they have . It's seems like taking someone's order is such a big Inconvenience for them, especially if there's any changes to the drink. Every time you roll up to the window, you never get a hello, good morning, hi, how are you?How's everything going? Like you do at all the other locations. So the customer service is just not there at all. The drinks are sloppy and have assed. Like I said I've been there 4 times and all but 1 drink were not made correctly and went to the garbage. Kinda sad to see a Dutch this way but hey! No one's perfect ! Get someone in there to help them kids out with some for real training please ?
For some reason, they close the lobby THREE hours before the drive thru. Hours mentioned on here are the drive thru’s.
Attempted to go through the drive thru this morning and was accused of cutting in line by one of the baristas that was inside. This was our first time going to this location and there was no signage as to where we were supposed to line up through the parking lot. We waited until it was our turn to pull into the drive thru without blocking traffic and that's when we were yelled at by the barista and refused service after being told to go to the back of the line after we had already waited. It was humiliating and we could tell that she made everybody around us uncomfortable, even the barista that was about to take our order before she came out. We ended up just leaving because we were beyond embarrassed and didn't want to give this location our business anymore. I would give 0 stars if I could, do not recommend this location, go to a different one if you can spare the time.

Oh how it pains me to do this, as this is my favorite, and closest, Dutch Bros. This specific location I've been living next to for 3 years. I could shout to the rooftop how much I use to love dutch bros , it's literally a "Cult Classic". That being said, the recent price gouging, such an icky term, for a toddler drink just about blew my mind today. This is before I mention how bad the quality control has been for the last 6 months. Your ordering glorified milk at this point. It's such a shame.

If I could leave 0 stars for this Dutch Bros I would simply because of how management treats their employees RIGHT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!!!! Always thought Dutch was a fun place to work but would never want to apply to this one after watching how employees are treated. Wish we could boycott this location to hire new management (SPECIFICALLY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER)
