My wife took our 5 month old son out for a quick drive to Dutch, but he started crying while in line to pickup her order. It was an ugly cry, and my wife was worried about baby of course. The staff here noticed the situation and told my wife that the drink was on the house, and to keep up the great work, raising a healthy little boy. She was moved to tears, and she called me immediately to tell me what happened (tears were flowing 🤣). These little details, small as they may seem, make SUCH an impact on people. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for being so kind and generous to a complete stranger. Hearing my wife so moved, has made us lifelong customers and we will continue to tell our friends and family about this coffee shop.

This Dutch always takes over 40 minutes to get your drink. I don’t know what it is about this location to take ages to get drinks to you. And when we finally do it’s runny not blended. I understand it’s the last one before you head to the beach but either another location needs to be added or the staff walking on the tablets need to actually take orders because they just stand talking to one another. They also are not friendly - I get it it’s hot and long days but it’s not hard to smile to customers.

WORST DUTCH IN THE PORTLAND METRO AREA. I waited in line for I KID YOU NOT, 40 minutes. How long does it take to make a cup of coffee? Were they harvesting the beans???? waste of time and gas. I’ve never waited that long for any drive through, let alone COFFEE.

For some reason, my Barista took one look at me, and went to go serve someone who arrived after me. Zero stars, garbage customer service, do better. I ended up leaving without coffee, so this is officially the worst Dutch Bros location since they can't actually serve coffee to people

Annika & Abby are AMAZING!!! They are fast, efficient, and have the best customer service/co-worker vibe EVER!! One of the best graveyard duos I’ve seen!!

I'm with the others about this location getting drinks wrong and being unbelievably slow, at times. I usually order extra sweet and they have gotten my request wrong the last 6 times in a row! Also have have showed up at 5:20 am with 1 or 2 other customers before work at 6, and have still almost been late because of how long it takes, let alone when there are 2 lines of cars out the lot. This has not been my experience at any other store. I'm not sure I'll be back here.
I would like to add that the employees are ALWAYS friendly and a joy to talk to. But... Maybe less talky and more remember drinky. XD
