My husband ordered little bacon cheese burger with tomato and lettuce, what we got was a little bacon cheese burger with a cold hard buns, no tomatoes but they added pickles that were not asked for. One other couple in the place and they couldn’t get our order right. $9 for a fast food burger. It was cold. Won’t stop here again. Kelli

Asked for my money back! My sister ordered a strawberry milkshake and I an Oreo. Both were basically all vanilla. I explained it to both the young and older Hispanic employees and the young guy answered me, “SO.” Like really? I asked if he could help fix it and he said, “Well, it’s vanilla.” And I replied, “No, Oreo and Strawberry.” But he didn’t care. And just kept loudly sighing, “uh huh.” He was so rude. I asked if he even cared about his job and he responded with an eye roll. I replied, “ SO, please give me my money back.” I’ll take my business elsewhere. I don’t have time for bad service. Too many good options in the world to put up with people who don’t seem to care.

Went on a weekday during lunch. It has been a few years since I went there. The place looks emptier than I remembered. Burger tasted bland, shake is ok. Five Guys needs something to stand out which I couldn't find this trip.

5 guys is leading with their wrong foot forward by having the John F guy greeting customers. I talk to clients everyday at my work and never gave any of them the attitude I received from him. I understand it’s frustrating being that old working with younger people all day, but I shouldn’t be taking the brunt of his bad days.
