I visited this place from my office for lunch. We ordered a cheeseburger and a hamburger. I found the Patty to be juicy and fresh, and the milkshakes were nice. I ordered a salted caramel and a peanut butter milkshake. There are options for a little potion size in Burger. The fries are crispy and yummy. I highly recommend this place.

My issue may have been with the employees who seemed to have an issue understanding the language. My order was wrong, and not a huge complaint but they gave me something I didn't ask for, cheese on my burger and the wrong fries. Otherwise they were fast as possible, friendly and courteous. They did fix the order at no charge, well we didn't bother trying to get the right fries.

I ordered my food for pickup at 730. It said it'd be ready at 7:41. I walked in to the restaurant at 7:40 and asked them for my order. I'm still waiting here at 8.
What sort of fast food restaurant takes more than 30 minutes to make a freaking burger. This is insane. I should have just ordered from a sit-down restaurant.
I'm just going to get dinner somewhere else.
1 star for food since I didn't get any.
1 star for service since they never even explained the issue.
2 stars for atmosphere since it wasn't the dirtiest restaurant I've seen...but it wasn't particularly clean either.

The food was supper goood and the fries were just so good In flavor like it was just melting in my mouth it was sooo crispy and salty like the dream fry. And the burger was even better they even got my order right😊😊😊. Although the bread was a bit greasy 😳😳😳

Never been to 5 Guys before.. I had the double cheese bacon burger and a chocolate banana milk shake... I'll never go to McDonalds again if there's a 5 Guys nearby

Also great food and fast service. The manager Derrick was great to help with any issues we may have had. Quick and helpful. Food was tasty and quick! Very pleased! I always like coming to the 185th location.
Dietary restrictions: They use peanut oil so if you have an allergy I would stay clear.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly they have a cute thing at the door that you can color or draw something and then pin it to a board
Wheelchair accessibility: It seems to be wheelchair friendly

Music was too loud. Server calling out numbers couldn’t be heard. I told the cashier my order hasn’t been called. “I don’t know what to tell you “ evidently my number was called and I didn’t hear it, so it went on a shelf. No seconds call ??? Fries were soggy and limp. Couldn’t eat them.
Bathroom floors were so greasy I almost fell. Both bathrooms. Disgusting. Clean the bathrooms!!
The ketchup packs were covered is some type of goo.
