Love this place!! Been here many (20+) times. This is our "GO TO" spot for Teriyaki style food in Hillsboro. Very nice Owner/operator (assuming since I've only seen him and the cook working)... Food is very constantly good!!! The soup is awesome! It has a to-go vibe atmosphere.... Again, great food!!!

The food was really good. I got the tofu teriyaki. It’s not on the menu but they can make it. They also give you egg drop soup as a complementary dish if you like egg drop soup it’s great service is amazing.

Ichi Teriyaki was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered takeout and it was ready quite quickly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxing and stress-free. The menu was easy to understand and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

I prefer a katsu curry gravy instead of a tomato based sauce, but still very good food.
The food is amazing probably the best teriyaki in the area now my biggest part is looks like they don’t clean so if the front is not clean I can imagine the kitchen is the guy at front is supper nice guy just wish plate will look more clean

Amazing food and the service is ABOVE AND BEYOND. The guy who took our order made water for us and brought it to the table for us to drink, we found that so polite and such amazing service. The amount of food for the price is so worth it too. Thank you Ichi Teriyaki! ?
