This place is really expensive. It took them 45 minutes to serve me a bagle sandwich! When I asked at the front, the guy simply said, "Oh," turned around, put it in the oven for 30 seconds, put it in a box, and handed it to me! This was really annoying because I kept asking the guy about my sandwich, and he would always reply, "Just a minute!" Leave to the back and come back and just kept talking with a co-worker ! The bagel was way over cooked the bread got hard and chewy

Cozy and fun atmosphere. Friendly staff! Excellent coffee! And it's locally owned! Lots of both small and large tables that are ideal for sitting alone, chatting with a friend or meeting with a larger group. They also sell whole bean coffee for use at home.

I went to the insomnia in Hillsboro, we waited in line for about five or more minutes, there were three of us and then there were another three behind us. There was one girl taking all orders and making the orders with three other staff who were in the shop but didn’t appear to be helping and the person taking orders wasn’t asking for help either . I left the line, was not worth the wait. And this was at 7:45 in the morning when a lot of people in this area would be stopping in for coffee. Really sad.

Insomnia Coffee in Hillsboro is a great place to catch up on your reading and have a great cup of coffee. Not on the menu but, yes they made me a fabulous lavender honey latte and my girlfriend had an Aztec mocha. This is a very popular establishment and can get a bit busy but is a good size place so seating is not a problem. My girlfriend aka the Kitchen Fairy of MealPrepMagic.con truly believe that food should be an adventure. So treat you rself to an adventure. I've only got one thing to say. Get the blended caramel off the clover app and you won't be waiting long for the blissful sunny-ville drink. Mmhm. I've been a loyal customer for 1.5 yrs and they keep me awake with the strong caps and yummy foam on top. The cold brew is a must try if you don't want strong coffee but a nice kick. The house whip is the bumb btw- dont skimp on that for your diet. Enjoy life and take a guilt free walk because this is to good. I won't even start in About the peach scones- so moist. Love the Bagel sandwiches in the AM so if this doesn't help you decide if they are good then just wing it and go somewhere else but you won't be disappointed here. Well they start to be rude after a while of seeing you happy go lucky going their.
Love this spot to sit down and enjoy a cup. My coffee drink came in a porcelain cup not paper or plastic. Really appreciate that and it tastes better too! Watch the world go by from the large light filled windows on a grey Oregon day.
