Normally we receive great customer service. Always slow but we know that already. Today the lady at the drive through was RUDE! Repeated herself right away with an annoyed voice. I told her she was not being nice, she ignored my comment and continued being rude. She gave us our drinks like pushing them into our hands and said go park in the front for your order and closed the window.

The extremely EXTREMELY slow service through the drive through is ridiculous. Took about 20 minutes. One person in front of me. Waited about 10 minutes for them to get their stuff. Pulled up and another 10m to get my order. One person ONLY inside. No reason to be that slow. Will never go back. Avoid if you have any issue with getting old while waiting. Be sure your gas tank is full because the wait will test it. Horrible.

Ordered online and was told in the app it would be ready 4 minutes later. Waited in line for 13 minutes, 4 of those minutes sitting at the ordering screen being told to wait. Then was told to park in front because the 2 things i ordered wasnt ready, then had to wait another 5 minutes. With nobody else in line and 1 person ordered inside. Crazy
There was no food. Ads are currently running promoting a $5 all day deal. I went to this store today, and asked about it at the drive thru. There was no signage, nothing about the special. I was told it doesn't exist. Then they decided they had it, but for $7. And was told maybe it is $5 via the app. I just looked at the webpage specifically for this location. It is $5. Says nothing about online or app pricing only. These fast food franchise operators are paying for these ads, intended to bring in much needed customers. And this location decides to irritate a customer over their promotion instead. I thanked her, and left without spending anything. I am still in control of where I spend my food dollars.
