Ordered a ultimate cheese burger and they gave me a sausage croissant, like how could you mess that up?! I tried calling and nobody answered, some bs forreals.

Frankly speaking, drive to Sunset Esplanade and forget you even see this location. We keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt; but if you pay for EXTRA TERIYAKI CHICKEN in your rice bowl, you won't get it. The precisely 2 pieces of broccoli were pathetic and extremely overcooked. Quite certain that from now on after this being the 5th time I've PAID FOR EXTRA, yet received it not even if this is the last location that remained we will simply make other arrangements. As far as I am concerned, this location owes me a half tank of gas and an entire bowl of TERIYAKI CHICKEN. If quality is what you hope for THIS LOCATION IS NOT FOR YOU. I'm curious about their food loss numbers...is someone trying to conceal their extra caricular take home benefits unbeknownst to upper management. As this isn't my first complaint they CLEARLY DON'T CARE about their customers.

Mobile apps don't work at any Jack in the box location in Washington county to get online deals and when you ask a employee they say they don't know. This happens every time all the this is BS!!! Fix your app

Let me paint a picture of despair for you. I walk into Jack in the Box, expecting a basic level of human decency and service. What I got instead was a scene straight out of a post-apocalyptic ghost town. Not a single customer in sight—zero. Zilch. Nada. Just me, standing there like a lost soul in a fast food purgatory.
Ten minutes. That’s how long I stood there, in deafening silence, with zero acknowledgment from any employee. No “Hi,” no “We’ll be right with you,” not even a disinterested grunt from the back. I could have collapsed right there on the floor and started decomposing before anyone noticed.
It’s not like they were swamped. The place was as empty as their will to serve. I honestly started to wonder if I had walked into a closed-down location that just forgot to lock the door. But nope—I could hear movement in the back. They were just ignoring me. Purposefully? Who knows. But it felt personal.
I’ve had better service from vending machines. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in a food establishment, period.
Avoid this place like the plague. Actually, the plague might offer better hospitality.

Does mobile order take priority over the damn in person counter? Waiting and no one greeting or even helping anyone at the counter. Just walking by like its closed. I left don't come here for lunch break that's for sure.
Decided to come again because I work a route near by. Again wasn't helped at the counter or even said I'll be with you in a minute just all casually in the back, pretending everyone has been helped, or didn't want to. That was the last chance for my bussiness going else where. Sometimes I don't even eat just like to grab a drink sometimes or a snack while I'm on break.
Food is ok, service frequently lacking. I've waited 10-15 minutes to get waited on in-store, and even 5-10 minutes before even being acknowledged in the drive-thru!

I’ve been going here for the longest I know and lately a lot of my items are missing cold been foods when I get it feels like it’s cooked from the day before I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy I even have gotten sick from one of their breakfast sandwiches. This place really needs to get shut down I’m calling and inspectors or someone to close this place down.

I dont leave reviews for restaurants! However, I dont know what it IS, with this location that is SO consistent on screwing up orders?!?!? Get it together!!!! I learned my lesson and will NO longer order from this location!!!!!!!!!!!
This location has gone downhill the last 6 months. I continue to give them the benefit of the doubt, only to be let down each and every time. The past 6 orders have either been wrong or missing items, and we have had to go back. There is absolutely no accountability in checking the orders. Everything is right there on the screen, and still can't get it right. Unbelievable.
