Belong to the Rewards program I did drink several smoothies a week and I thought I would try the new location that’s close to my house yesterday Thursday. I ordered my regular aloha pineapple.
The person at the counter didn’t realize that it was Thursday and on Thursdays you get a Large for the price of a medium. I Scan my rewards to my surprise when I went to pay, it was much higher than I paid in the last six months or so and that’s at all the location in Washington county. I usually pay for a regular aloha pineapple smoothie medium $7.49 However, when I got done putting my credit card in, I didn’t really pay attention because that’s what I usually pay. There’s are in the $8 range.,.. The girl at the counter said she would make The manager aware or owner I can’t remember what she said and she was right next-door. Well she went next-door but she wasn’t there. She said somebody would be over to help me resolve the issue because I still got charged. I believe $8.09 … I waited a few minutes. Nobody came over from next-door to speak with me or to resolve the issue so I left I’m working. I don’t have all day to wait for somebody to come and fix the problem. The only problem with the girl at the counter said to me was we’re individual location.??? So our prices are different… All franchisees if I go to, as far as Jamba Juice all have the same prices except you so guess what I won’t be visiting your location anymore even though you’re very close to my house. In this economy, every penny counts.

One of the best Jamba locations to go to. Of course the smoothies are great and I just tried for the first time their strawberry oatmeal bowls which are also great. The most impressive thing for me though is their customer service. In a time where I find that great customer service is VERY lacking, especially at chain restaurants, Kayla and Mars were not going to let that be the case for them. Great employees! Thank you!

I went here and got a peanut butter mood with strawberries. It was yummy and the employees were great! I like this location a lot.

Been going to this location from years now and they never disappoint. Great drinks and service. Peanut Butter Mood is the best.

All I wanted was for them to swap out the yogurt for an acai base but they told me they couldn’t. They wanted to charge me $4 more to swap the yogurt for the acai base.

I dont ever sit and drink inside due to the insane noise level. Even if it's cold outside I'll head elsewhere. I still give atmosphere 5 stars though cuz the people working there are heroes for tolerating it without ear protection. Anyhoo, I've been going here for years, and the consistency of the beverages is great, and I feel the supplements have to have some quality as well, I've never had a sore tummy afterwards and I always add whey protein, multi or immune and double blend my greens n ginger. Yummy yumm.

I love the plant based options Jamba provides as someone who can't have dairy. I do wish they hadn't discontinued their coconut milk, though.

Every time I come here, the sign in front of the store is blocking the sidewalk. I use a mobility aid and it makes it difficult to navigate when walking. I can't imagine being a wheelchair user; there's no space at all to move around the sign!

Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility, their sign takes up the whole sidewalk!

30min wasted in the effing sun trying to order a gd smoothie!!
You suck!!!

Ordered 2 items. My vanilla sky bowl was more than half empty. I asked about it because I have gotten many before at other locations and have never had this problem. They stated it's supposed to be like that so there is room for the lid.......
