I've been going here for years. The pizza use to be extremely good. I'm not sure why the pizza crust and sauce recipe changed, but last night it tasted like cardboard. I would have given a 5-star review 1 to 4 years ago because I've always enjoyed their pizzas, but after last night and trying to reheat it today I don't think I'll be going back.The cheese curds were something new and I do recommend trying those. The wings were also spot on.

Just below ok. Nothing was wrong but nothing was special. The cheese had a good pull but was tasteless. Sauce was sweet and tangy, a cooked or reduced sauce, but was missing something. Maybe fresh basil at the end or garlic olive oil. The pepperoni was meaty but missing something. I think if they used garlic confit olive oil, higher fat content cheese and East coast pepperoni not the low fat Olympic provision pepperoni, which is disgusting on pizza. It would be better.

Continuing our quest for good pizza, we stopped here having seen good reviews on Yelp.It's a small place in a strip mall, but very nice and cozy on the inside. Feels like a cool place to spend some time running through the beers.We got the t rex (pepperoni, soss, bacon) and chicken bbq pies to go, along with some cheese curds. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Everything was vlasti gly hot, and needed no warming up when we got home fifteen minutes later.The cheese curds were panko breaded and tasty, with a Sriracha ketchup.But the pies...Wow.Visually very pretty. Well topped without going mad and with those lovely big blisters you get from a crazy hot oven.The crust was great. Thin but chewy and tasty, a great foundation for the toppings. T rex was very good but the star was the chicken bbq. Texture and flavor had us both eat more than we really should have.And the final test - both were excellent cold for breakfast the next day.All in all a class act and we look forward to going again.
