George and Miranda opened and I came in with an issue that had happened the night before with my receipt and they were super happy and upbeat to help me and the vibe of the store was very good I appreciate them very much

Received exceptional service form the afternoon crew on Sunday. They were out of the cream soda option, I notified one of the fellas and they immediately got on it and and resupplied the soda fountain. He offered me a free soda but I declined because I already had a starry soda. He finished. Refilling the machine. 5 minutes later he brought me a cream soda to my table on the house. Like I said exceptional service.

The Philly chicken cheese steak sandwich was very tasty and satisfying, but nearly $20 for the big sub seems kind of pricey.

Always the best, fresh sandwiches. Cannot get a better Philly sandwich anywhere.

Love the food. Service can be slower at times. But really love these subs.

Go here all the time and out of dozens of times this was the first negative experience. We always get the California and love it. This time it was VERY light on the meat and bacon was soggy(usually crispy). Very disappointed in our food especially when it costs over $20 for a sandwich.

I worked there for three years went back for the first time after my last day, there was way to much juice on multiple of the sandwiches more then we are supposed to put. I only got two bites out of a sandwich I paid almost 12 bucks for it and can't even finish it. Thanks -thea

The other day I was in the lobby waiting for my sandwich to be topped when a woman walks in and starts ridiculing and honestly overall just being belittling and rude because the young man was struggling to keep up with everyone's order the woman didn't help just simply ridiculed the young man for not labeling sandwiches in front of everyone. Id really hope to see better treatment of the employees working that was absolutely unacceptable

The mikes way turkey and provolone are my favorite lunch meal. The place is kinda small inside and is often busy with only a few workers could get things going faster when there is a line waiting to order but other than that it's a good place to get fast food that doesn't taste like fast food!

Greeted by Abraham on entry, wishes me Happy Father's Day and was super helpful on sandwich choices. Fast, quality service, accurate and friendly. For me as a sandwich lover the service I received from Abraham today was EXACTLY the kind of service I seek and head and shoulders above what I typically find!
