So I am a regular customer at this location. Now the only reason why I am leaving this review is because when I tried to call them , is that their number doesn't work and to bring awareness of this location. So when I went in this restaurant there was one customer and two employees in the whole store. I stood there for awhile waiting for them to say anything to me but the didn't. So I politely asked them about my order and they were still making them, remind you they were only three little sandwiches. So after they eventually gave me my online go-to order with hardly a word. I took them home to find out they didn't follow the instructions of the order as well as there was things missing to my order. So lesson of the day, is to check your order and make sure that it is exactly what you paid for.

Today, 8/3/25 at around 12:30-1pm,I had placed an order through the drive thru, and my total was $15.86. I gave the worker $10 cash and my debit card so I could split the bill, $10 cash and $5.86 on my card. I had received my card back, and my food. I looked at my bank statement and I had been charged $15.86. The workers pocketed my $10 cash as a 60% tip. I am furious. When I tried to call to ask them to fix it, their phone is disconnected and calls don’t go through. Don’t come here

Friendly and super fast service by both employees. They got my order correct which was a giant #7 spicy italian with peppers on the side. This was my first JJ sandwich in over a decade. It was satisfying and the perfect cold sub on a hot day. The bread held up to all the produce and didn't get messy at all. I only knocked a star off because $22 is pretty expensive, plus tip made it $25.

The food here is good but the cleanliness is terrible. Their bathrooms are not clean and there were paper towels every where (none in the dispenser) trash was overflowing. No soap in the sink…you work in a food environment how are we washing hands after using the bathroom and then touching the food? Also there is stuff growing in the toilets almost positive it’s mold.

Came through the drive-through today, April 3 at 11:05 AM and the gentleman on the drive-through was extremely aggressive and rude to the point where me asking if the sandwich had tomatoes or not made him upset. I felt so uncomfortable that I drove away and told him to have a good day, and when I called to speak about it to somebody, they let me know that he had autism, which I also have autism, and I understand that it’s a spectrum, but the aggressiveness from this person was uncalled for, and when I called to speak about my experience, they hung up on me. I understand that it’s important for everybody to have a job, but I also understand as a business owner it’s important for your customers to feel comfortable and welcomed. I approached him very nicely and very kind and to be treated that way just felt really uncomfortable and then to be hung up on was the icing on the cake. They let me know that he’s been there for eight years and he’s never had an issue and that he does great but from the clientele standpoint, it did not feel that way and it felt like my concerns were brushed off. Seeing tons of reviews like mine give the impression they do not care about their customer experience. Especially after being hung up on. Get real 🤣.

Got asked for a tip at the drive-through and the person at the window got angry when they thought I said no tip (I didn't, I said to add a dollar). Absurd to even be asking for tips at a drive through, let alone getting angry at the customer if they don't want to give one. Food is ok, but this location has gotten my order wrong several times in the past. The tip thing was the last straw for me, I'll just go somewhere else from now on.

Even though I only order through the app I still only have about a 60% success rate with getting my order right. The amount of bacon I have paid for and never gotten could open a bacon shop. And there is no convenient way to complain or get a refund without going all the way back to the store. I like a nice fresh sandwich, but it's getting harder to choose this when it's not only pricey but unreliable.

There is literally a Wendy's across the street, why do I keep coming here?

Poor overall experience. Ordered on the app, needed to pick up quickly. Arrived at the store. Food was not ready, in fact, they said they hadn’t even received the order. I gave my name, and magically the order was there. Guy making the sandwiches had no idea what was supposed to go on them. There was a pile of bread on the counter, not on the racks. He went to grab bread off the rack then turned, put it back and grabbed bread off the pile. Then he cut the bread and proceeded to dig out the dough on all four sandwiches I ordered. Like the bread was undercooked and he was trying to remove the doughy part. $60 for a pretty poor meal. I’m from out of state, so won’t be returning anyway, but just thought I’d share my experience with the locals.

In an area full of sandwich choices, this is possibly the worst one to pick. They struggle to follow order directions and skimp on what they put on your meal. No reason my sandwich should come with a mere three slices of meat on it for the prices they charge.

I am a highly selective diner who rarely returns to an establishment unless the food and service are outstanding. Just look at his sandwich I posted!!! I order on sliced wheat and it has never disappointed me. My experience at this Jimmy John's has been very positive. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care you have provided me. I especially appreciate your attentiveness and willingness to accommodate my food allergies. It means a great deal to me that you take the time to ensure that my food is safe for me to eat. I understand that this is not always easy, but I appreciate your willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I can enjoy a safe and delicious meal I have sampled several sandwiches, some of which were recommended by the staff. Their recommendations were spot on. I appreciate the friendly greeting by several staff members upon entering the restaurant. The service is fast, and always consistent. There is always a queue of vehicles in the drive-thru, and occasionally I am bumped ahead of them. Overall, I have had a positive experience at this Jimmy John's. The food is fresh and delicious, and the manager and a team member named Dorien are very professional and maintain a well-run establishment. Thank you, Jimmy John's! The number 2 roast beef. Just look at it.

Classic Jimmy John's sandwich shop. Kind of an odd location that's really more focused on drive through traffic than dining in house. It's a bit hard to find the door and the parking lot is a bit of a distance away. Sandwiches were good. They were made quickly. The dining area is a bit dark and unwelcoming.

Vegetarian options: They have like one sandwich that's vegetarian

Dietary restrictions: If you can't do sandwiches, this probably isn't your spot

Parking: Parking is a bit removed from the building.
