We can’t get enough of our beloved Jim’s!! It’s our families favorite go to for after dinner treats, summer treats, our Christmas Yule Log, birthday cakes and of coarse hot cocoa bombs!!!!
You see Jim’s is more than just a sweet treat on hot day, it’s a building jam packed with memories… giggles, first ice cream cones, family traditions and so much more.
I grew up in Jim’s and now my little one is getting to too. I love stepping inside to the smell of fresh cooked cones and the warmest smiles ready to take our order.
We cherish having Jim’s in town and we can’t wait to celebrate being back inside soon.

I went in last month to see what ice cream cakes they had available for my husbands birthday. It was super last minute but they were so sweet and offered to make a custom cake for the next day. It was super yummy and we can’t wait for the next birthday to get another!

DELICIOUS ICE CREAM- the waffle cones always taste fresh and delicious and they are crispy. The ice cream is absolutely fabulous. I tend to like cheesecake ice creams and they are creamy and rich just like I like it. Once I started going to Jim’s ice cream, I stopped ordering delivery from the large chain company which would cost me $40 every time.
Now, I just take a quick drive down TV highway from Beaverton, get myself a scoop of Blueberry ? cheesecake in a waffle cone for the drive home and a pre-packed quart of Strawberry ? Cheesecake all for less than $17.
I love having a quart of delicious ice cream in the fridge. ☺️

Stopped by here for an ice-cream.. my buddy and I finished our chores and deserved a treat. It was definitely a treat! I had a huckleberry cheesecake MALT! And he had a waffle cone with 2 different flavors of ice-cream. He said the waffle cone was. "Pretty damn good" . And I have to admit, the kind lady behind the counter added the perfect amount of malt to my beverage as well. I'll be back next time I need an ice-cream fix. You should go and give them a try. I felt we got what we paid for..and really have no complaints.
I was super excited to try out Jim's, but I was utterly disappointed to say the least. "Jim's ice cream" sounds like a local place that makes their own ice cream right? Wrong!! Jim's serves 90% Umpqua icecream and the other 10% are two other Oregon ice cream companies, but not a single thing made my Jim's! I'm not paying $4.00 a scoop to get Umpqua icecream I can buy at any grocery store! Womp womp ??

Nice ice cream shop right near downtown Hillsboro. Lots of flavor options. They also had toppings and cakes and many other goodies, but we just stopped in for a scoop in a cone.
