Finally, we got to eat Jollibee again. It’s worth the drive. Great service and atmosphere plus always felt like home every time I eat Jollibee.

Good food, high pressure to order fast and employees are generally quite rude and pushy. This is based on multiple experiences.

Not impressed, but that’s my opinion. It didn’t live up to the hype for me.

It’s really exciting to know that there’s finally a Jollibee in Portland! 🎉🍗 The food tasted amazing and honestly felt much closer to the flavor back home compared to the Jollibee in B.C. Everything we tried was fresh and satisfying, which made the visit totally worth it 😋.
The only small downside right now is that they don’t have Palabok on the menu yet 🍜, but the staff were very friendly and mentioned that it should be coming soon, which is great news! The team working there was helpful and welcoming throughout the visit.
Our order did take a little while to come out, but the wait wasn’t too bad and still manageable ⏳. Overall it was a really good experience, and I’m happy to see this spot in Portland. Definitely looking forward to coming back again! 👍

I went with my bestie and we ate one of the chicken bucket meals. The spaghetti was tasty and the spicy chicken was no joke. The chicken was also super tender and fell of the bone. I am an avid enjoyer of good food that makes me feel like I'm a kid again. We are definitely coming back especially for that spaghetti, it was gone too quick

Just like the Philippines same stuff, but instead of a cup of rice wish they would wrap the rice in parchment like back in Pinas.

First time visiting after hearing good things during Joshua Weissman reviews. Went for takeout on a busy Saturday midday.
Good:
- One person was quite friendly (one person was completely aloof)
- Service was prompt, even during busy time
- Perfectly cooked rice with Adobo sauce
- Super fresh lettuce and tomato on spice chicken deluxe sando
- Overall good flavor/spice level on spicy chicken
- Nice restaurant, very clean
Not Good:
- Fries and chicken very greasy, not in a good way
- Oil tasted old and kinda of gross. And you could smell old oil in and near this place.
- Fries not well salted
Overall: Not as good as we'd hoped. We were hoping to enjoy better than average fast food based on hype and reviews. However, pretty hard to overlook that stinky oil. Maybe we visited on an off-day.

Incredibly passive-aggressive and indifferent service. Staff were rude to my teenager and passive aggressive to me for trying to resolve the situation. Unacceptable, this place is trash.
There also appears to be only one entrance/exit so you have to squirm through the incoming line to exit. Not sure how that passes fire code.

We’ve been to this place multiple times, the food quality is so inconsistent. During the good (busy) days, the spicy chicken tasted superb - rich and juicy. Then during regular days/times, it was super dry and tasteless. Often times you get mixed batches of overnight and freshly cooked chicken. I love their flavor but just can’t stand this unpredictable quality.

We were greeted with kind smiling faces, help with the menu, and very delicious food! Yes there was a bit of a wait for the food but it is hot and fresh. We got 2 complete meals for under 30 dollars, a good price for what you get. Crisp and juicy chicken, a side, a drink, a dipping bowl of gravy, a biscuit, and a desert pie! Other fast food restaurants would charge way more for all that. Clean building, great location, easy parking, a great place to stop in for lunch while shopping the tanasbourne area!

We stopped here for lunch and we're impressed with the quality of food and speed of service.
Their chicken sandwich was deliciously tender with a crispy breading, and the Aloha burger was juicy and flavorful.
It was our first time trying a Jollibee and we'll definitely be back soon to try their other burgers and buckets of chicken!

I admit it. I became impatient, waiting. Forty minutes for a fast food order you placed and paid for ahead of time seems a bit much. Especially when you’re hungry. It got to the point where I went inside to tell them to cancel my order. I had to eat….somewhere. Blood sugar getting low. Anyway - I went inside, and when they got around to me, I found out my food was ready. The lady was super nice although I was clearly irritated. Fast forward to the food. It was really good! I had the cheeseburger and fries. I ordered the chicken combo for my husband but I snuck in a bite or few. The fries were crispy and yummy. The burger was really good and the chicken and peach pie were delicious. The biscuit was a bit dense, but I was hungry, so it tasted good anyway. I was pleasantly impressed by Jolibee. Thanks for your kindness in dealing with a crabby customer. Keep it up. You still have a ways to go to get it completely together, but you’re headed in the right direction!
