Vary disappointing seeing how they are closing the store almost an hour early I drove just about 2 hours to come here just for them to close early smh 🤦🏽‍♂️

Closed the drive through 45 minutes earlier than they said they close the store. Drove pretty far to make it here. Kind of messed up.

Absolutely hilarious to see some of the reviews where people are complaining about the experience on Day #1! Hundreds and hundreds of people lined up, what do you expect??

We are just grateful to have one closer than Tacoma or Tukwila. So eat your chicken and stop complaining! Also - Filipino spaghetti is sweet but so very delicious, give it a try!

Overall I love jollibee but check your bags, because this morning they missed my chicken 🍗 the main star ⭐️ 🥲 so now I have to drive an hour to go back missing chicken.

Opening day review:

Thank you everyone on the Jollibee team and event staff for making the whole opening day amazing!
You are appreciated!

My friend and I were there from 8:15am until noon. We truly had such a great time and felt like everything was so well organized, put together, and everyone working was a class act.
All the food we ordered was fresh and tasty.

Also, shout out to the DJ who did an awesome job. It made the time fly by since every song was 🔥

I waited 3 hours for food that was average. It wasn’t served piping hot. The food was lukewarm, the pineapple refresher tasted like watered down pineapple juice, they were taking orders so fast I could barely get my words out, and the restaurant wasn’t all that clean. The staff were nice and they gave out water a couple times during my 3 hour wait, but I wasn’t always able to get water because they only gave it to the people standing on the perimeter of the line. I’ll try Jollibee again when they’re not trying to serve thousands of people at once and maybe I’ll change my opinion. The food was average with the exception of the spicy chicken. The spicy chicken was seasoned well and held its crunch, even after not being hot. I ate half a bucket of chicken and was looking for more. I don’t know about the other food they service, but the fried spicy chicken is the best!!

Anyone saying the food was bad is just sour because of the wait. You don’t wanna wait 3 hours then give it a few days for the hype to calm down. Good food and service. Nice work!

Waited just over 3 hours, the employee letting me in the door was shocked it was that long 🤣

Ordered the spaghetti, 1 piece chicken, pineapple refresher, and a spicy chicken sandwich. Spicy chicken sandwich was great, different then competitors like chick fil a or popeyes. Only complaint is it needs something acidic, like pickles or pickled jalapeños rather then fresh. Chicken piece was great, extremely crispy and moist, needed more salt but that was absolutely cured with the gravy provided. Spaghetti was definitely the least exciting, honestly will skip next time and try the rice, pretty bland and sweet as others have said, tried adding some gravy and didn't help much lol.

Will be back, service was very friendly, definitely will wait a few weeks before going back till things cool down hahaha

Love this place

KFC and Chick-fil-A are better. Sorry. I don't understand what is so special about the fried chicken. Hubby brought home a bucket of chicken and not a single breast piece was in it.

Taco Bell, Burger King, Popeyes, Wendy’s, McDonald, Arby’s, kfc, your days are numbered . Jollibees food was so dang good it made me want to go home and slap my mama, best chicken I’ve ever tasted. I’ll never set foot back in those above mentioned restaurants it’s jollibees from now on ………chick fill a , u still got a few things going for you but u better stay on your toes. Sweet tea, top notch customer service ( so did Jollibees) Polynesian sauce, play ground and high quality salads for the health conscious consumers but u definitely got some competition across the street. I’ll still visit you for sweet tea, waffle fries, Polynesian sauce and yummy salad but it’s Jollibees from now on. I can’t even consider the chicken at kfc food now! Thank you Jollibees for meeting my expectations and delivering one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten out before in my life, I can’t wait till u have a full menu and I can try more of your signature dishes. Get sweet tea and your version of Polynesian sauce for the chicken and u will get all my money!!!!!!!! So glad I could be apart of your grand entrance.
