What is up with this location? 9 out of 10 times they are out of extra crispy, or only have this, and don't have that
Rolled in at 9:05 and was told they stopped serving chicken on the bone at 10 which is why they couldn't make a bucket. What? Nice people but management needs to get a clue!
Tried to order extra biscuits, got no biscuits. Called to complain and the person who screwed up is the freaking manager. Rude and obnoxious.
